American musician and bassist for the metal band Limp Bizkit, Sam Rivers, died on Saturday, October 18, 2025. According to new details shared by TMZ, the late musician died in the bathroom of his Florida home after he seemingly fell from the toiletTMZ obtained the incident report and the 911 call. According to the news outlet, the caller, named Keely, told the authorities that she found the deceased face down in the bathroom before calling 911. The deputy revealed that the deceased had a cut on his head, seemingly from the fall. He added that Sam’s face and neck had a dark blue discoloration while his whole body was flushed. A small pool of coagulated blood was also found in the bathroom, which is also a possible result of his fall.Keely found Sam and called 911.“Yeah, I just came and found [Sam Rivers] face-first in a pile of blood,” Keely said.When asked if he was still breathing, she replied:“I don't know. I I'm gonna start CPR.
