The Met Gala has a strict no-smoking and no-phone policy that prohibits attendees of the event from sneaking in their phones and taking selfies, photos, or videos, which is why Stallion's video led to guesses that she might get banned soon, too. After this year's event, Stallion uploaded a video on her Instagram with the caption,

"Hottie Cam in thee MET GALA 👀😏"

The video showed the singer eating with other celebrities at the event. Fans quickly liked the fun moment, while others criticized her for breaking the rules. However, in a recent press interview with Entertainment Tonight, Stallion denied the banning claims by saying,

"It's not true that I'm banned from the Met Gala. That is false."

On being asked if Anna Wintour, the editor-in-chief of American Vogue, contacted her after the event, Stallion said,

"No. No, literally. The internet is so wild. Like somebody will say something, and they will believe their own sentence, knowing it's not true."

In another sentence, Stallion explained the reason behind recording the video inside the Met Gala by saying,

"I feel like everybody loves to be involved in my food tastes. I don't think I did anything wrong at the Met Gala."
