“She has zero talent”: Adin Ross lashes out at Doechii following her recent umbrella incident at the Met Gala 2025

Popular streamer Adin Ross went off on Doechii in a livestream on Monday, April 12, 2025. The controversial Kick streamer seemed to revisit Doechii’s viral umbrella incident at the Met Gala 2025 and had several choice words for the Anxiety hitmaker.

Adin Ross described Doechii as an industry plant:

“Don’t get me started on that bi***. Don’t get me started on that bi***. Don’t get me started on that Industry plant. Don’t get me started. You guys can say sh*t or whatever about me but one thing about me is I’m not an industry plant. I’ve been streaming for a long time now.”

He continued his tirade against Doechii, referring to her as an unintelligent piece of sh**:

“F*** Doechii the umbrella clip pissed me off. What an entitled, unintelligent piece of shit she is, bro. I’m not joking, bro, stop listening to her music. Carti and Abel, why would you give her a feature on a remix? You shouldn’t have cleared it. She’s just the worst."

He later claimed that the Grammy Award winner had zero talent:

“She makes no good music; she’s horrible. F*** Doechii, F*** Doechii, F*** Doechii, okay? She has zero talent.”

Adin Ross has received backlash on X for his unsavory words about the singer and rapper.

Doechii’s controversial umbrella moment at the Met Gala 2025 explored as Adin Ross calls her out on Kick livestream

After the Met Gala 2025, which was held on May 5, clips of Doechii seemingly yelling at her team as she exited the Mark Hotel started circulating on social media. In the clips, Doechii tries to exit the elevator before she is rushed upon by paparazzi trying to take pictures of her Met Gala outfit.

Overwhelmed by the crowd, the artist’s team shielded her using a wardrobe screen and a black umbrella. Doechii can be heard signaling to her team to provide another umbrella, saying:

“No, stop! Get me another umbrella now! And another one.” “I need four f*****g umbrellas,” she adds.

During the chaos, the assistants push the singer/rapper through the hotel lobby as she instructs them not to let go of the umbrella. Doechii received backlash over her behavior in the clip, and she addressed it via a statement on her social media accounts on May 7, 2025, stating:

“All jokes aside, this was such an overstimulating night, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world!. This was the night we all dreamed of, and my team killed it (umbrellas aside).”

Before adding:

"Everyone killed it. We nailed the theme. And a time was had.”

At the time of writing this article, Doechii had not responded to Adin Ross' tirade against her.
