It is worth noting that, in his official X post, Kai Cenat did not accuse Alayah of cheating, nor did he reference any third party. His statement only confirmed his relationship status.

On the other hand, Gigi Alayah addressed the situation through an Instagram story. Her response read,

"I left, now you wanna get on the internet and rush to paint a false narrative about off a FAKE twitter post is insane. I have never cheated on you, and YOU know that. I have never dealt with that man, play that sympathetic role somewhere else pls."

Some social media users claimed that DJ Akademiks had reported the cheating rumors during a livestream. However, DJ Akademiks later addressed this on his livestream. He denied ever making such statements.

He pointed out that he streams live to large audiences regularly and said that if he had made such claims, there would be clips going viral online. According to him, no such evidence exists because he did not say it.
