American YouTuber and online streamer, Asmongold, has something to say about Ethan Klein's new lawsuits, according to his latest YouTube video. If you have not been keeping up with the latest streamer drama, here is an update. Recently, Ethan Klein, an American-Israeli YouTuber and host of the H3 podcast, posted a video titled:

"Content Nuke - Hasan Piker"

Klein uploaded the video with the intention of baiting other streamers, framing it as content to "react" to, while actually setting a trap to expose potential copyright infringement. According to the podcast host:

"It's not that I wanted these people to steal my video, it's that I knew they would. I knew they would watch the entire video, add little to no commentary, react to it instantly, giving them no time to form an opinion. The trap was set, and it worked even better than i imagined it would."

He also revealed that he has registered the video with the United States Library of Congress, and is now eligible for "statutory damages and attorneys fees." Keep reading to see how Asmongold reacted to Ethan Klein's lawsuits.

Asmongold's thoughts after Ethan Klein revealed he will be suing three streamers for copyright infringement

Ethan Klein revealed that he will be suing three streamers for copyright infringement of his "Content Nuke - Hasan Piker" video. The three streamers are Morgan "Frogan," Jean "Denims," and Kacey "Kaceytron".

Zack Hoyt a.k.a. Asmongold went live, and Drama Alert posted a clip of his live on their X account. This is what he had to say:

"I think Ethan brings up a really good point, and especially with people reacting to movies," the streamer agrees with Klein.

He continued to describe a similar situation he encountered:

"So, we had a situation like this with OTK, and there was an individual in the organisation who thought it would be a good idea to go to sleep and play all the Lord of the Rings movies in a row, and I was the one... I'll be honest, I was the one, I said 'Guys, we are courting disaster, we're starting trouble. This is not gonna be good. Reacting to movies? Yep, exactly.'"

He followed up by saying that there are two kinds of reactions, according to him, one that is good and the other that is bad. In Asmongold's words:

"I think that there is a degree of reacting that's positive, and a degree that's bad. So, like, for example, that's why I always link videos, I promote the creators, ecetera. But I think he's [Ethan Klein] is talking about the malicious ones that are trying to openly..."

Asmongold added that this is not the first time Klein has brought this issue up. He said:

"This is something that even Ethan talked about when he was debating Hasan first time, that he had DMCA-ed different people that were reuploading his content for the explicit purpose of reducing his viewership, which is a very different thing than somebody's who's just reacting to the content because they're interested in it, right?"

Asmongold emphasized:

"I mean, you have one that is based off of malicious intent, and you have the other one that's based off of just kind of a personal gain."

Hoyt proceeded to play a clip from Ethan Klein's video titled I'm Suing These Three Creators, which featured Jean "Denims" during a livestream, where she said:

"Well, guys, if you enjoyed not giving any views to that terrible video...," Asmongold paused the video.

He then said repeatedly:

"Why would you do this? Why do you... Why did you do this? Bro, I react to videos all the time. Why are you messing this up for me? Why do you mess with... I've got a good thing going right now. Why do you f**k this up? Why do you f**k this up, man?"

He continued to express himself in a frustrated manner:

"Godd**nit! Everything is f**king fine, everything was going great! Sh*t!" he continues the clip where "Denims" was asking her viewers to subscribe and follow, followed by Klein's voiceover in his video.

The clip from Drama Alert ended with Asmongold repeating "why would you do this," over and over.

Asmongold's reaction to the growing tension and lawsuits filed by Ethan Klein against three different streamers for copyright infringement revealed that the streamer himself is frustrated. He does not agree with the actions of the streamers, saying that they are "messing it up" for him, since he does reaction videos as well.
