Unverified reports claim that rapper BloodHound Q50 was involved in a shooting during an ambush in St. Louis on August 17. The news was also reported by VladTV, a platform run by Ukrainian-American interviewer DJ Vlad.
Amid the recent reports and claims, an interview with the rapper is going viral online, which he spoke about a previous shooting in which a bullet hit his leg. Describing the incident, he said:
"From that day, I kind of like blacked out. But come to find out, I think that was like mistaken identity. Like, I don't think I was the intended target."
Adding to his statement, he said:
"It's like a lot of people I know throughout my life that got shot that ain't that was like me ain't did sh*t to nobody."
The rapper confirmed that it was the first time he had been shot. However, he didn't remember who took him to the hospital for further aid. Talking about the measures he took after the shot, he said:
"My number one rule is don't panic, so in that situation I didn't panic. I applied pressure to my wound."
In the interview with VladTV, BloodHound Q50 also revealed that the doctors were not able to take out the bullets, leaving the bullet in his leg.
BloodHound Q50 uploads an Instagram post after the shooting claims
After reports of the St. Louis ambush shooting went viral online, BloodHound Q50 shared an Instagram post featuring his photos, along with a caption that read:
"Notorious like Big Poppa but I ain’t goin like Chris Wallace da world know who the goblins they beggin fa me to stop it da reason they don’t ride wit toddlers no sympathy dump on mamas u either in or u out it and don’t even question me bout it"
The post got a lot of attention, with many fans showing care for the rapper in the comments and saying they were happy to see he looked okay after the reports.
Along with the post, he also reposted an Instagram story, which read:
"Switchy watching all the fake news laughing"
BloodHound Q50 added laughing emojis to the story, hinting that the news about the shooting was fake. While fans were worried about his health, it is now confirmed from his social media updates that the rapper is safe and well.
The claims about the shooting started after BloodHound Q50 allegedly stole $60,000 from a local artist in St. Louis, according to Hypefresh.
