Kate Middleton recently visited London’s Ever After Garden for a charitable art installation. The Princess of Wales shared a video via Instagram, detailing what went down at the event. Before leaving, Kate left a handwritten note nestled in the flower gardens. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present.
