“What pothole?”: Fans react as IShowSpeed outruns Ashton Hall in surprise race showdown

IShowSpeed has shown impressive agility and speed as he emerged as the winner in a race with the viral morning routine guy Ashton Hall. The Internet personalities met at a park near IShowSpeed’s streaming set on June 11, 2025, and put their speed to the test.

The 20-year-old streamer beat former football player Ashton Hall in four race competitions. IShowSpeed and Hall kicked off their shoes for the first two races and marked a roughly 50-yard area on the grass.

Speed won those races easily and chipped in a few “trash talks” for good measure. Speed called Hall, who had gone viral for his daily Saratoga water ice baths and healthy lifestyle content, a fraud and asked him to delete his Instagram.

After their race on the grass, Ashton Hall demanded a re-match on the pavement. Speed, dressed in white shorts, obliged, and the duo outlined a track.

Speed won again. Hall was adamant that he had won. A rematch was held again, and Speed emerged as the winner for the fourth time in a row.

The race between the Internet stars was live-streamed on YouTube and more than 300,000 viewers tuned in to watch. Multiple news outlets on X have shared clips of the interaction between the duo and fans have reacted to them.

@Dexerto on X shared a clip of the race between IShowSpeed and Ashton Hall and fans noticed as the latter stumbled and fell during the race.

“What pothole? Lmaoooo,” @Thebigshort08 tweeted in response.

Other comments hilariously weighed in on Hall’s stumble:

“Ashton Hall was trippin', literally,” @CarlosBitMe expressed.

“Ni**a rolling on the grass. How bad can you be this bad at racing, dawg,” @Agtensnx asked.
