On Wednesday night, the social media star was arrested in Texas after active felony warrants in her name were found by the police. Ash Trevino, who is a mother of two, was arrested in Venus, Texas, as confirmed by the local police. According to reports, she was taken into custody and booked into the Ellis County Jail. Ash was later released on bond that same evening.

36-year-old Ash Trevino was arrested on Wednesday, December 17, after police discovered existing felony charges in her name. She was arrested at 7:50 p.m. in front of her yard by a patrol officer from the Venus Police Department who was aware of her active felony warrants.

While the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office declined to share more details about the case, including the nature of the arrest warrants or whether formal charges have been brought, they confirmed that Ash Trevino was taken into custody with no incident and that she was bailed out of jail after paying a $15,000 bond.

In a video posted on her Snapchat story, the social media star appeared to be laughing as someone behind the camera said, “she’s free. She’s out.”

In a more recent Snapchat video, Ash Trevino updated her followers about her legal issues.

“I've already hired my attorney, and they are pretty good,” she began. “At the end of the day, God is on my side, like I already know. I know a lot of people are judging me a lot, a lot of people are saying stuff, but honestly, like… I mean, I know my heart and soul. It is what it is.”

She continued:

“And yeah, thank you to the people who have been checking on me. The people that have been texting me. Thank you so much. I'm blessed to have the support team that I have. I'm blessed to have the people that I have. My parents are praying parents, you know this is the first time this has ever happened, so yeah, I'm blessed.”
