Christina Perri has decided to end her marriage of seven years with Paul Costabile. The news was first reported by TMZ. The couple got married in 2017 and shares two daughters together, Carmella Stanley and Pixie Rose.

Christina's elder daughter, Carmella, was born in 2017. Sharing the news, she wrote on Facebook at that time:

"our little angel, carmella stanley costabile she arrived perfectly on january 17th everyday with her has been the best day. she is always smiling. she is pure joy & magic. we are so blessed & so in love!"

Almost five years later, Paul Costabile and Christina welcomed their second daughter. The news was first shared on Perri's Instagram with the caption:

"she’s here!⁣ ⁣ with a whole lot of faith, trust and pixie dust she has arrived safely. please welcome our magical double rainbow baby girl: ⁣ ⁣ pixie rose costabile "

Christina Perri and Paul Costabile's family explored

Christina Perri is the daughter of Dante Perri and Mary Perri. She also has a brother named Nick Perri, who is the lead singer of the band Nick Perri & The Underground Thieves. During a past interview with Clayton Perry, when asked about Nick, the singer said:

"My brother has been an inspiration my whole life. I am now doing a version of what he did with his first band, but we’re very different. He had a rock ‘n’ roll band, and I’m just a solo artist, so our experiences are totally different. He’s been more of a supporting family member than somebody I consult with for my decisions because our experiences are so different."

While much of Paul's personal life remains private, it's known that he has a sister named Nicky, whom Christina once mentioned in an interview with Atwood Magazine.

Christina and Paul Costabile lost their daughter Rosie to a miscarriage almost six years ago. Remembering her, Perri wrote:

"my daughter, rosie, was born silent on november 24th 2020. i was already planning on making this lullaby album for her, as her big sister carmella has one too! i thought it was especially important to still do it."

After Pixie was born, Christina Perri wrote an emotional message to Rosie through a Facebook post, thanking her by writing:

"dear rosie, we miss you every second of everyday. this is pixie, your little sister. thank you for sending her to us. carmella, paul and i will always tell her about you. thank you for teaching us so much about love. thank you for letting me carry you- how lucky i was to get to love you. i know your time was short but it was important & we love you forever 🌹⁣"

The news of their divorce has come as a surprise to the fans. However, the two have not spoken about it publicly yet.
