Why did FaZe’s Stable Ronaldo nearly drown during a livestream? Tire stunt goes wrong

FaZe’s Stable Ronaldo, aka Rani Netz, and Jasontheween, aka Jason, were recently seen doing a tire stunt in a clip that went viral on social media.

Stable Ronaldo and Jason were doing the stunt during a livestream where Rani was in a huge black tire and was rolled into a pool. The stunt went wrong, and he almost drowned before Jason came to his rescue.

Jason came to his rescue, and this particular clip has gotten around 694.1K views on X (formerly Twitter). Jason and Stable Ronaldo are members of the FaZe clan, and they create content together and appear in livestreams as well.

FaZe’s Stable Ronaldo was rescued from drowning in a recent stunt

During a livestream on Monday, June 16, 2025, FaZe’s Stable Ronaldo and Jason were doing some stunts at the FaZe House. During the stunt, Ronaldo was in a big black tire or tube, and this tire was rolled down, and it plunged into the pool.

As soon as the tire plunged into the pool, Ronaldo struggled. His friends and fellow FaZe clan members were prompted by the cameraman to jump into the pool. They then jumped into the pool to save Ronaldo from drowning. After being pulled out of the pool, Ronaldo exclaimed, saying:

"Oh my God! I started drowning. Oh my God, I started drowning. Holy f**k."

Ronaldo was out of breath, and Jason can be seen repeatedly asking him if he's fine. Jason then helped him to the edge of the pool, where he coughed and caught his breath.

Ronaldo and Jason are close friends and frequently collaborate on pranks, challenges, and stunts. Ronaldo often appears on Jason's streams and vice versa, and the two creators seemingly share a close bond.

The video clip of the now-infamous tire-to-pool incident is gaining massive attention on social media, where some netizens felt that the prank was silly, some thought that it was an exaggeration.

Ronaldo is best known on Twitch and YouTube for his high-energy Fortnite gameplay streams and variety content, including chatting segments, and collaboration streams with other top creators like Clix and Ninja.

In related news, Ronaldo announced during a Twitch stream that he will be doing a stunt, which will be him driving and texting under the influence of alcohol, claiming that he wanted to test what Twitch allows. Previously, he was banned from Twitch after he broadcast himself driving dangerously. He was speeding and had almost crashed his BMW M4 on stream.

This was his fourth Twitch ban, and the incident took place in June 2024, as per Dexerto.
