"You are such a light in this house": Cardi B wishes daughter Blossom a happy birthday on social media

Cardi B is all out celebrating her one-year-old daughter, Blossom's birthday. The I Like It singer uploaded an Instagram post on September 7 with the caption:

"Happy Birthday to my sweet no shirt shawty baby Blossom!! You are such a light in this house. You were so tiny to me when you was born now you my chunky momma… I love your sweet little face! When you cave your little head in my chest it automatically lights me up!! I love my little Blossom Belle."

Cardi also threw a birthday party for her daughter, celebrating the moment. Cardi B shares daughter Blossom with her ex, Offset. The former couple also has two other children together, named Kulture Kiari Cephus and Wave Set Cephus.

Cardi went public with her pregnancy in 2024, posting on Instagram and thanking her baby for making her life brighter even before birth.

Cardi B wishes Wave Set Cephus a belated happy birthday

Along with wishing Blossom a happy birthday, Cardi also mentioned her four-year-old son, Wave, and wished him a happy belated birthday. The caption read:

"Happy Belated birthday to my son son Wave… have you ever had your son tell you “mommy you’re beautiful” 🥹? It melts your heart to the ground… but baby its back up when they destroying my furniture 😂😫…My Virgo babies❤️"

Born in 2021, Wave is Cardi's second child with rapper Offset. Speaking of the kids, the rapper recently said in an interview, reported by Geo News:

"It turned me into a real woman. I was like, 'What makes a woman? Her body? Her cooking?' It's her maturity and her thinking"

Continuing her statement, she said:

"This summer, I haven't even put my feet in a pool. I do everything for my kids. I'm the only provider and you know what? Ain't no complaining about it. I love them so much and they ground me."

Offset and Cardi B first met in 2016 and secretly got married a year later. Since then, Cardi has spoken openly about her relationship with Offset, including filing for divorce for the first time in 2020. However, the couple later reconciled.

In 2024, Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset again, officially calling it quits. In 2025, the rapper announced that she was in a relationship with Stefon Diggs.

Speaking about the divorce, Offset said to the Associated Press:

"It's about moving on peacefully. That’s what the message is supposed to be. It’s all love and peace. I just ended the album with that, just to end that chapter because it’s time to move on, it’s over and done with."

He continued:

"It was great while it lasted. That shouldn’t be the topic for either one of us no more. It’s a book that’s closed."
