Amy Slaton and Brian Scott from 1000-Lb. Sisters are set to marry this year and have set a unique wedding date, on Halloween 2025. And as for the venue? In an Insane Asylum.
It was only recently that we saw the segment where the two had gotten engaged. It was when they were visiting the local haunted house with Tammy and her girlfriend that Brian knelt down on one knee and popped the question.
Amy immediately said yes and was happy to be engaged. However, Tammy was not happy with the decision, and Misty agreed. As they all went out and sat down to discuss things, Tammy was too stunned to speak.
All this while, the happy couple decided to wed soon and planned to have a wedding with a theme of a haunted house. It now makes complete sense why they would pick Halloween, or October 31, 2025, as their wedding date.
Tammy, who had just been making faces at them, finally got her voice back and advised Amy to calm down and not rush into the marriage. She felt as if they were moving too fast, and it could turn into a disaster in a second.
Even though the elder sister is just looking out for her younger one, Amy got upset. As they were walking to their car, she had tears in her eyes and felt as if no one from her family, especially Tammy, ever supported her decision and did not want to see her happy.

Even though her family members are not happy with the engagement and want her to focus on her child before she lets another man into her life, especially the one who was the reason she got arrested in the first place, Amy has decided not to stop.
Talking to the cameras on 1000-Lb. Sisters, she expressed that people get into arranged marriages without even seeing or meeting their spouses until the day of the wedding, and thus, it makes sense for her to get married to Brian this early.
Discussing their marriage and how they would want the whole process to go, Amy and Brian settled upon having a haunted location and might even get a ghost for the wedding.
Chris, Amy's father, is mostly concerned about the charges that are put on Amy. 1000-Lb. Sisters is airing their court procedures right now, and the patriarch is trying to do his best by Amy and hoping that she does not get a lot of jail time because that would hinder her from spending time with her kids for "30 years."
In the most recent 1000-Lb. Sisters episode, Amy sat down with Amanda over coffee, and they discussed the future. However, Amanda revealed that Brittany and Chris won't be at the location when she weds because she is a Christian and has a relationship with Jesus, and thus, will not go to a haunted place. This made Amy tear up as she felt that her family was not supporting her again.
