1) The Price of Confession

Among the first K-dramas premiering in December 2025 is The Price of Confession starring Kim Go-eun and Jeon Do-yeon. This mystery thriller K-drama will be released on December 5, 2025. The show will follow the story of Ahn Yoon-soo, who is suspected of murdering her husband and is sent to prison. There she meets an eccentric prisoner named Mo-eun, who is regarded as the witch due to her ability to read others.

Mo-eun offers her a deal that if Yoon-soo murders for her, she will provide a confession, which will result in Yoon-soo being acquitted. With 12 episodes, the K-drama will present a compelling story about these two women and will be available to watch on Netflix.


2) Pro Bono

Netflix has various K-dramas and K-movies lined up for this month. The next in the list of K-dramas premiering in December 2025 is Jung Kyung-ho's Pro Bono. After dealing with ghost Clients in Oh My Ghost Clients, Kyung-ho will be seen donning another legal role in the upcoming K-drama. In this K-drama, he will play the character of Kang David, a judge who loses his reputation due to an incident and becomes a public interest lawyer.

He, with his colleagues from his new company, tries to help vulnerable clients. The K-drama is sure to have numerous comedic moments and also some heartfelt ones, and will premiere on December 6, 2025, on tvN. It will also be available to watch on TVING and Netflix.


3) Surely Tomorrow

K-dramas premiering in December 2025 have big stars attached to them. Surely Tomorrow, which will also premiere on December 6, 2025, stars Park Seon-jun as Lee Gyeong-do. Gyeong-do works as a reporter in the Entertainment industry. The K-drama tells the story of Gyeong-do and Seo Ji-woo, who end up meeting after a long time, as the former was covering a story about a scandal involving Ji-woo.

The series is about the two characters, who met when they were younger and are each other's first love, and meet again under complicated circumstances. Along with airing on JTBC, the K-drama will also be available to an international audience on Prime Video.


4) Made in Korea

The next on the list of K-dramas premiering in December 2025 is the period political drama, Made in Korea. Bringing together two of South Korea's biggest stars, Hyun Bin and Jung Woo-sung, the K-drama will tell the story of Hyun Bin's Baek Ki-tae, a man whose greed for power knows no limits, and can only be stopped by Woo-sung's Jang Gyeon-young, a prosecutor.

The K-drama is set to release on Hulu and Disney+ on December 24, 2025, and is also confirmed to return with a season 2 in 2026.


5) Cashero

Another show in the list of K-dramas premiering in December 2025 is Cashero. The superhero fantasy K-drama follows the story of Kang Sang-woong, a commoner with a unique superpower. He is a man with super strength, but only works when he has cash with him, and after using his powers, the money also vanishes.

Sang-woo later meets two other people with superpowers, Byeon Ho-in and Bang Eun-mi, who want him to join them to fight the bad guys and the ones who are hunting people with superpowers like theirs. The K-drama will premiere on December 26, 2025, exclusively on Netflix.
