Her obituary stated that Tate was born in Tennessee. She was an animal lover, had a passion for music and songwriting, and was an aspiring actress. It reads as:"Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others."It further reads:"She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few. What she loved the most though was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party."Tate appeared as a wheelchair bound character, Julie, who wanted to see Hunter McVey's character, Blue's dance in a Bachelorette party. However, in the club, her view is blocked by a woman who later demeans her and calls her rude names due to her being in a wheelchair. Blue notices it and shows kindness toward Julie by giving her a lap dance, for which he also gets reprimanded by his boss.The moment was a highlight in depicting Blue's personality as a kindhearted person in the premiere episode of 9-1-1: Nashville. Tate's co-star, McAvey, talked with PEOPLE about the shocking death of his co-star from the premiere episode and shared:"I was shocked to hear the news. I didn’t know Isabelle prior to filming, but I couldn’t have asked for someone better to work with on one of my first ever days on set."McAvey further shared how wonderful a co-star she was and how she helped him while filming. He revealed he was nervous, but Tate, with her encouraging words, supported him throughout the filming process and shared:"I was terrified, nervous, and after each take we would get to exchange a couple words which were always supportive from her.
