"A person of pure love": Sister Wives star Janelle pays a heartfelt tribute to her late friend Angela

TLC will release Sister Wives Season 20 Episode 9 on November 23, 2025. The upcoming episode titled, Standoff at Coyote Pass, will feature cast members, including Kody, Robyn, Janelle, Meri, and more.

One of the cast members, Janelle, lost a friend, Angela, and shared an emotional post via Instagram. She also opened up about her close bond with Angela in the caption.

Janelle mentioned how Angela always took care of everyone around her. She also talked about how she, along with her friends, missed Angela.

"I think she was a person of pure love. Someone who wanted to make sure everyone one around her was taken care of and ok. She adored being a mom and a grandmother. Angela you are so missed," write Janelle.

Sister Wives Season 20: Janelle shares an emotional post for her late friend

Sister Wives star Janelle shared a heartfelt post via Instagram on November 18, 2025. It was about her late friend Angela. She wrote an emotional caption regarding her friendship and close bond with her.

For the fans who might not know, Janelle's friend Angela passed away on October 1. Since then, she was missed by all her friends, including Sister Wives star Janelle.

The Instagram post's caption started with:

"My dear friend Angela left to return to her heavenly home on Oct 1st. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of her. She, Kristina and I shared locations on our phone - something that happened when we were on vacation once and we never ended when we got back."

Janelle recalled how Angela would always text her inquiring about her whereabouts. Whenever she was in Canada, Angela would send her a text and ask what she was doing and where she was. Such warm and caring behavior from Angela made Janelle feel watched over.

"I still expect her to chime in and then I remember she won’t be doing that anymore," added Janelle.

Further in the caption, Janelle noted that Angelw was a person of pure love. She always took care of everyone. She also noted how Angela enjoyed her motherhood and also, being a grandmother.

Sister Wives star further noted that she and her friend Kristina missed sharing locations. She noted that seeing Angela's phone's location gave her comfort. Janelle recalled her late son Garrison's phone on for a long time, to feel the same comfort.

TLC describes the latest Sister Wives Season 20 episode as:

"It's an awkward final showdown at Coyote Pass with Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri. Janelle takes a trip to New Orleans and let's loose with girlfriends to celebrate, and Kody considers finding a therapist to help repair relationships with his children."

Tonight's episode will feature a key moment, featuring Janelle, Meri, Kody, and Robyn. It would be the Coyote Pass property deal.
