Adults is a comedy series that follows five friends living in New York City who try to face the challenges of adulting while living together. The group shares everything: from meals to toothbrushes, making the show a hilarious ride. Each of the friend have their own life story and struggle, but their bond brings them all together.

1. Lucy Freyer as Billie
Lucy Freyer plays Billie, an ambitious and sharp woman. She seems to have a perfect life, but is actually a little insecure about her career’s trajectory. She loves her friends and seeks their advice about taking a risky chance for moving up at work, but it turns into chaos.
Adults marks Lucy Freyer’s first major television project. She has previously made a brief appearance in the television series Jake's Unemployment Summer and has been seen in the film Paint.
2. Malik Elassal as Samir
Malik Elassal portrays Samir, the one friend whose childhood home has become the apartment of the group. Samir tries to be a good person and takes care of his friends, but he constantly overthinks his actions, especially towards women. Malik Elassal has previously starred as Calvin Mendes in Joe Pickett. He has also appeared in the mystery comedy drama Resident Alien.
3. Amita Rao as Issa
Amita Rao appears as Issa in Adults. She is bold and unpredictable and yearns for respect. In the very first episode, she sparks controversy on a train by giving an indecent man a taste of his own medicine.
Issa is in a relationship with Paul Baker, who eventually becomes a part of the group. Amita Rao was recently seen in Hulu’s Deli Boys as Nandika. She earlier had a small role in MGM+’s Emperor of Ocean Park.
4. Owen Thiele as Anton
Owen Thiele plays Anton, an easygoing and supportive person who often gets caught in the middle of group dynamics. He shares the Queens' house with the group and is one of the more level-headed members who loves to socialize. Anton’s friendship with Samir began when they were roommates in college.
Owen Thiele was most recently seen as George in Prime Video’s Overcompensating. His other television credits include Hacks, Dollface, and I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson. He has also starred in the films Zoey 102 and Parachute.
5. Jack Innanen as Paul Baker
Jack Innanen stars as Paul Baker. He is Issa’s boyfriend and an outsider to the core friend group. Originally from Canada, he decides to move in with the friends group in Queens to be with his girlfriend.
His relationship with Issa starts from a hook-up, but they get serious over time. Jack Innanen’s earlier television appearances include the shows The Dessert and The Office Movers.
