"An unhealthy relationship": Bachelor in Paradise star Kat Izzo makes her feelings clear about her connection with Dale Moss

ABC aired the latest Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 Episode 4 on July 21, 2025. The latest episode of the reality show featured various key moments. One of them was Kat Izzo opening up about her relationship with Dale Moss.

She stated how she didn't want to get into an "unhealthy" relationship. She has been quite vocal about wanting to be with someone who keeps communication clear. Kat also mentioned that she had spent a lot of time learning about being communicative.

Bachelor in Paradise star Kat got emotional, as she shared:

"He has no idea about my background, and even if he did, to say that as a form of ammo, I don't want to get into an unhealthy relationship. I don't want somebody that can't communicate. I spent a lot of time to get to where I'm at to be able to communicate. I don't want to feel triggered and I definitely don't want to feel judged."

The latest Bachelor in Paradise Season 10 Episode 4 featured Kat Izzo opening up about her feelings and her connection. Kat stated that she was unsure about her relationship with Dale Moss.

Fans who have been following the ABC show since the first episode must know how she and Dale shared a connection since then. However, after learning about Dale and Allie Jo's kiss, Kat has been having doubts. After he didn't reveal the kiss to Kat, she has been hesitant about their relationship.

While opening up to Dale, Kat asked him:

"It's easy to say things and I love the way that we've been showing up, but if a girl comes in next week that you would be attracted to or wanna explore, is that something that you'd be open to doing?" asked Kat.

In response, Bachelor in Paradise star Dale stated that with Allie Jo, despite she was "nice and everything," it didn't "click."

When Kat asked him if the two had shared a kiss, Dale responded, once. Listening to him, Kat stated that she was confused. The reason was that she and Dale had already talked about being transparent with each other. She told him that he should have been communicative about such things.

Seeing his behavior, Kat asked him if she hadn't asked him about the kiss, would he have shared that with her or not. Dale said that Kat should "move past it" as it wasn't "that deep."

After that conversation, and listening to Dale, Bachelor in Paradise star Kat confessed that she was seeing a "red flag."
