As she visits Virginia for a speaking engagement, she gets an opportunity to spend time with Aidan’s family. However, she soon realizes that his sons need him more than she needs Aidan, and decides to part ways amicably.

Meanwhile, Miranda fumbles during a BBC interview and turns into a viral sensation, while Seema, Lisa, and Charlotte deal with their own troubles. Here is the complete And Just Like That Season 3 Episode 4 recap.

And Just Like That Season 3 Episode 4 recap: Carrie’s weekend at Aidan’s place

In And Just Like That Season 3, Episode 4, Carrie finds herself far from the streets of New York. She is in Norfolk, Virginia, trying to fit into Aidan’s quiet and rural world. Aidan is focusing on his family, especially his youngest son, Wyatt, who has been struggling since he suffered a serious accident.

Carrie arrives in front of Aidan’s family while still dressed from the night before and quickly realizes this is not her comfort zone. She heads into town to find a new outfit and ends up with a country-style dress.

But despite trying hard to fit in, she feels out of place. To win over Wyatt, Carrie joins him for a zombie laser tag game. But when Wyatt accidentally hits her with a toy gun, she overreacts, making the moment awkward.

And Just Like That Season 3 Episode 4 recap: Family drama at Tate’s party

Things get even worse at Aidan’s oldest son, Tate’s, birthday party. Aidan’s ex‑wife, Kathy, arrives at the scene with her new boyfriend, Bob. The event starts as a family gathering, but soon turns into chaos when the subject of Wyatt’s ADHD medication comes up.

Kathy supports putting Wyatt on Adderall, hoping it will help him, but Aidan is completely against it. He feels medication might cause more problems for a boy already struggling with addiction. Meanwhile, Carrie is shocked to find out that she was used as a supplier of Adderall for Wyatt.

The confrontations continue as Wyatt lashes out and breaks a window, while Aidan and Kathy argue openly. Later at night, Aidan returns and has an honest conversation with Carrie.

He admits how much he needs to focus on being a parent right now, and she sees that too. Carrie reassures him that she still cares for him and hands him a key to her home, hoping that one day, when things are settled, he can visit her.

And Just Like That Season 3 Episode 4 recap: Miranda’s embarrassing moment

Back in New York, Miranda finds herself in an embarrassing situation. After a BBC segment goes wrong and she mispronounces a word, the internet turns it into a viral joke. Feeling humiliated, Miranda fears she has lost any chance for romance with Joy, the BBC interviewer. But Joy reassures Miranda that she likes her just as she is.

At the same time, Seema faces a crisis of her own as she struggles to find a new path in life after being pushed out of her old real estate firm. Meanwhile, Lisa worries about choosing a new editor for her documentary. While the best candidate for the job is a man, she is concerned about putting a man in charge of a project about women.

In another important moment in the episode, Charlotte and Harry have an honest conversation about their marriage. Though their intimacy is not working out as they expected, Charlotte reminds Harry that their bond is stronger than just being physical.
