Jay-Jay finally gathered courage in Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side and confessed to Yuri that she chose Keifer. She has been struggling to tell the truth, but she never really got the chance.
However, episode 5 of Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side features Jay revealing that she loves Keifer, but Yuri refuses to end the engagement. And to make her situation worse, Yuri sets up the wedding date to Jay's birthday.

Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 5 recap: Keifer alters his romantic phrase for Jay-jay
Episode 5 of Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side is titled "The Dinner", which opens with Keifer and Jay-Jay on a call. Keifer asks if there's anything bothering her, to which Jay doesn't exactly reveal what Aris told her, and only mentions that he scolded her.
Keifer then confesses his love once again, but Jay cuts him off and asks if he can change his romantic line. This is when one of the iconic moments from Book 2 comes as Keifer says, "I love you until scientists find the end of the universe.
When Jay is about to say the same words, Ci-N overhears and teases Jay. The two had a playful clash as Ci-N is also going to move to his new house.
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 5: Yuri refuses to end the engagement with Jay-jay
As episode 5 of Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side continues, Jay-Jay visits Yuri at his home. She tells him about her relationship with Keifer, which frustrates him.
Yuri then reveals that he knew all of this from the start. He even knows what happened on New Year's Eve. He will let Jay continue her relationship until the wedding day, and mentions that if she backs off, he will destroy Angelo's business.
Jay tries to explain that he will end up hurt, but Yuri doesn't care. All he wants is to claim Jay in the end and not let history repeat. Yuri also calls Jay another Ella, which further hurts her.
Jay shares this with Keifer, to which she says that they have enough time to stop the wedding. Jay feels a little relaxed, but she doesn't know that a shocker is on the way.

Later in the episode, the students are back at school, but Yuri doesn't show up. His absence gives Jay and Keifer enough time together, and during this time, he also teases Jay-Jay, calling her "Mrs. Watson," and later reminds her of profanity.
During lunch break, Keifer kisses Jay-Jay in front of the entire class. When she goes upstairs, Kit, Mayo, and others warn Jay about choosing Keifer over Yuri. This means that some boys are disappointed as they're on Yuri's side.
At the same time, Aries has been hospitalized. He has lung issues, and when Ci-N's bag fell on him, he was hospitalized. Jay-Jay is worried as she is unaware of Aries's health issues and shares this with Keifer. She's also concerned about Percy, who talked to Keifer on a call and mentioned taking away Jay-Jay.
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 5 recap: Jay-Jay gets jealous of Honey Bee Ryder
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 5 also introduces Honey Bee Ryder, a key figure in Book 2. She's with Keifer at the same restaurant where Jay-Jay meets Yuri's parents and is shocked to learn that they're postponing the wedding date to her birthday.
Jay-jay is visibly uncomfortable, and Yuri asks her not to behave this way, at least in front of his parents. Angelo is also with them, and Yuri's parents later introduce Angelo to some investors.
Jay meets Keigan at the restaurant where he's celebrating his girlfriend's birthday. Keifer is also there and Yuri's parents invited them all to their table. While the elders are away, Jay-Jay notices Honey Bee Ryder flirting with Keifer.
They call out each other and Jay even calls her "ugly". When Honey Bee goes to the bathroom, Jay-Jay punches her for comparing Jay to her mother. When Keifer meets Jay the next day, he asks if she's jealous.
Keifer softly says, "I'm yours" and even kisses Jay as the Section E boys count to three. However, it looks like not every boy in the class is happy to see Jay sidelining Yuri.
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 5 ending explained: Section E splits into two groups
By the end of the episode, Jay-jay is called to the guidance office, where the advisor tells her that her record from the previous school hasn't been signed. Jay-Jay must get them signed at the earliest to graduate.
The HVIS retreat is in two weeks, and Jay's school is near the camp. So, she will visit her old school during the camp. When Jay returns to her class, she sees the boys arguing and saying how long Kiefer and Yuri are going to hide the truth.
The boys can be seen standing in two groups with Jay in between. When she questions, nobody answers. However, it's evident that Section E has been split into Team Keifer and Team Yuri once again.
