With each episode, the story keeps getting interesting in Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side, as Part 1 is also nearing its end. Season 2 of AMNSE isn't just about dark secrets coming out, but also how Jay-Jay sees her relationship with Keifer.
Since she confessed her love and realized that she likes Keifer not Yuri, Jay-Jay has been discovering things about the past. First, she gets confused about why the boys had a clash, and then Freya reveals how Yuri and Keifer treated her when she dated them at different times.
Episode 6 of Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side is titled "The Retreat" and focuses on Cyrus's attack on Jay-Jay, followed by Freya revealing her past with the two boys.

Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 6 recap: Jay-Jay wants to know what the boys are hiding from her
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side Episode 6 begins with the students returning to school, and Jay-Jay is still curious about what happened between the boys earlier. As seen in the previous chapter, the Section E boys fought and kept the reason a secret from Jay-Jay.
Since then, they have been trying to avoid confronting her, as Jay-Jay will end up hurt if she learns that the boys initially planned to deceive her to hurt Aries. As the episode continues, Jay-Jay takes out all her chocolates from the bag and tries to lure Ci-N.
Finally, Ci-N agrees to tell her in return for the chocolates. He says that Keifer and Yuri fought and the boys chose sides, which led to a bigger fight. This way, he managed to situation and Jay is still unaware of the actual reason why the boys have been feeling off.
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 6 recap: The students arrive at the camping location
The camping day finally arrives, and the students are given their places to stay. Section E is given the worst spot, as always. However, they still manage to set up their tents and enjoy these days.
While placing the tents and preparing the bonfire, Jay-jay tells Keifer that she needs to go to her old school to get the paper signed. Keifer gets worried and says that he will accompany her.
Yuri also insists on going with her, but Jay wants to go alone. She tells them to stay back, as Sir Alvin knows about it and expects nothing bad to happen. However, little did Jay-jay know that Cyrus was back in school.
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 6: Cyrus attacks Jay but the boys rescue her
As episode 6 of Ang Mutya ng Section E: The Dark Side continues, Jay-Jay arrives at her school and goes straight to the guidance office. She didn't know that Cyrus was already waiting for her, and her tries to choke her.
Jay gets scared and tries to leave, but Cyrus once again stops her. This time, he's prepared, with all hir friendsready to hurt Jay. Cyrus accuses Jay-jay of treating himbadly andinjuring him, due to which he had to stay at the hospital for days.
Just when he's about to punch her, Keifer and Yuri stop him. All other boys also arrive to rescue Jay-jay and they beat all of Cyrus's friends. Keifer focuses on teaching Cyrus a lesson, and he makes sure he ends up at the hospital again.
Keifer then lifts Jay-Jay into his arms and kisses her. When she questions, he explains that she used profanity back at the camping site. The boys then leave the school and get back to their tents only to discover that their stuff has been robbed.
So, they plan to scare the girls with a dead snake and get their belongings back. The scene is quite fun as Keifer, Yuri, David, Jay, and other boys work together, with Ci-N taking charge. They threw the dead snake inside the hall, scaring the girls. This way, they got everything back and were able to enjoy.
Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side episode 6 ending explained: Freya reveals her past with Keifer and Yuri
As episode 6 of Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side comes to an end, Jay-Jay finds Freya near the river. As they talk, Freya reveals that Keifer and Yuri are her exes, and they both mistreated her.
After Percy died, it was Yuri who first approached her. He treated her well and was always there for her. So, they began dating. However, Yuri soon left her without any proper explanation, which hurt Freya.
Then Keifer showed up and treated Freya like a queen when they were in a relationship. But when Freya started to get attention, Keifer got jealous and even hurt her. His behaviour was obsessive and Freya had to purposely go out with other boys so that Keifer would leave her.
Jay-Jay feels sad to know this and even thinks about Keifer's behaviour. Now that she's with him, with many of her friends warning Jay that Keifer is stubborn, she is left in a dilemma.
Episode 7 of Ang Mutya ng Section E Book 2: The Dark Side is set to be released on January 16, 2026.
