Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2: Three biggest questions the next chapter needs to answer

Fans cannot wait to see how things unfold in Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2 (The Dark Side), as the first chapter ended with Jay-jay's engagement to Yuri, while she's in love with Keifer. The two had a heartfelt kiss in the end, but that doesn't mean that Jay is free from Yuri.

The second Season will follow the story in book 2 titled "The Dark Side," which reveals some of the biggest secrets about the characters. Not just Keifer or Yuri, but most of the boys from Section E and Jay's family history.

When Season 1 ended, fans wondered if they would get another round of the drama. Thankfully, Viva Oe confirmed the show's return, and Andres Mulach recently shared that Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2 will come out on November 21, 2025.

Not only this, the it will also bring new faces like Keifer's abusive father, Kaizer Watson, and more. So, here are the three big questions that need an explanation in Season 2:

1) The incident that resulted in Jay-jay's fear of blood

One of the biggest mysteries that remained unanswered in Season 1 was the incident that made Jay-jay fear blood. She goes out of control and becomes incredibly violent when she sees blood.

What's even more startling is that after acting violently, Jay-jay remembers almost nothing. When Ram kidnapped her and was beating up Keifer, Jay-jay saw her own blood and immediately started beating Ram.

She even injured her ex-boyfriend, Cyrus, and also lost her mind when she went to the horror house with the Section E boys. She saw the female ghost drenched in blood and started hearing a voice in her head, "You're a burden! Useless! You're a worthless child!", suggesting that she was hurt by her father.

Notably, Jay's family keeps her away from her parents, and she herself doesn't want to stay with he mother. However, it's still unclear what her father did, which can be explored in Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2.

2) How Percy survived the accident and didn't tell his friends

Played by JD Axie, Percy is another key figure in the Filipino drama, who meets Jay for the first time while she's on her way to school. Jay is amazed to see his blue eyes as Percy asks her about a place.

Since Jay is new to the place, she fails in explaining the address, and ends up telling him to ask her guard standing outside the house. This is when Yuri saw his car, and later told Kefer that he saw Percy.

Keifer asks Yuri not to speak such things, as they believe Percy died in an accident when Aries was also a part of their group. But in reality, Percy survived and kept this a secret from his friends.

Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2 is expected to reveal his backstory and the reason behind keeping his survival a big secret. At the same time, fans have been speculating that Percy is related to Jay's family, as he's also a Mariano.

3) What did Keifer's father do to him and his brothers

Another burning question for Ang Mutya ng Section E Season 2 is what Kaizer Watson did to his sons. Keifer hates it when anyone mentions his father, as he also revealed that he abused Keigan.

When Yuri compared Keifer to Kaizer, he almost punched him, suggesting how much he dislikes being Kaizer's son. Not just that, when Keifer finds out about Jay’s engagement to Yuri, he reflects on his own choices and resolves not to repeat his father’s mistakes, the kind that caused pain to the people closest to him.
