Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 streamed this week, thus the cast and crew of the popular Disney+ series were interviewed by different outlets. One of these interviews was with Buzzfeed, where the outlet interviewed Walker Scobell, Aryan Simhadri, and Leah Jeffries. The three discussed the upcoming seasons while playing with puppies.One of the topics of discussion was the three actors fan-casting for the upcoming seasons of the series. Aryan Simhadri revealed the one actor he would like to see join in an upcoming season: Danny DeVito as Pan, the Greek God of Wild, folk music, and satyrs.Is Danny DeVito joining Percy Jackson and the Olympians?No, Danny DeVito is NOT joining an upcoming season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians as Pan. Simhadri just listed DeVito as a fancast, something the internet usually does. While DeVito does look like the right choice for Pan on the surface level, it should be noted that the makers have enough time. The Disney+ series has followed the books regarding Pan until now.Pan does not appear in the books until the fourth one, The Battle of the Labyrinth (2008). It should be noted that Percy Jackson and the Olympians has been green-lit for only three seasons as of now. Disney has not greenlit seasons four and five, which would adapt the fourth and fifth books, respectively.
