Baddies Africa Episode 8 recap: Tavii and Big Alex gets into an physical altercation while others get upset over glam up drama

After a tense winery tour, the tension between Tavii Babii and Big Lex was rekindled on the bus to the hotel in Johannesburg in the Baddies Africa Episode 8. This triggered a heated debate about what had previously taken place at the vineyard. Big Lex, known for her over-the-top hand gestures, began whipping her arms around, and what had begun as a simple chat quickly transpired into something intense. Tavii got angry and struck back, and before anyone could intervene, Boiling Point’s contention with itself turned into a fist fight.

The drama kicked up again shortly after the arrival back at the hotel, this time around the preparations for the talent show scheduled for that evening. Sisters Dolly and Fania bickered in the glitzy “glam room,” where Fania was chastised by Dolly for hogging too much space while doing her hair and makeup. Because of the backstage tension, Kay, Killa, and Fania all departed mid-styling after the argument became so disruptive.

With the tension from the winery still boiling, Baddies Africa Episode 8 began with Tavii and Big Lex discussing what transpired between Tavii and Killa at the winery. However, as the two got heated up during the conversation, the situation rapidly worsened as Lex's impassioned gestures set off Tavii, causing the emotional baggage to explode into turmoil.

At the hotel, the focus changed from everyday drama to conflict in the glam room. Dolly and Fania argued about Dolly's overbearing presence during glam prep. Before the talent event began, there was another tense moment when Kay, Killa, and Fania were forced to storm out due to the friction.

Big Lex and Tavii’s heated bus showdown

On the way to their hotel in Johannesburg, Big Lex decided to talk about the drama surrounding the Tavii Bablii and Kold Killa wineries. At first, it appeared to be an innocuous conversation about a previous situation. However, when she snatched Tavii's chain, Dolly got involved as well.

Baddies Africa star Dolly confronted Fania as the group started getting ready for the night's talent event, accusing her of taking up too much space in the glam room and keeping others waiting. The criticism was harsh: Dolly's intrusion clearly infuriated Kay, Killa, and Fania, who rushed off mid-styling.

Reminding the newcomers that many OG "baddies" did not have glamour privileges last season, Natalie attempted to defuse the tension by implying that Dolly and company "deserved" this attention.
