This makes Seok-hoon happy as he deeply cares for Hash and can barely live without meeting him. This way, an agreement is made between Seok-hoon and his ex-wife, Yeon-a.
Later in the episode, Seok-hoon gets registered on a dating app called Heart Logic, and interestingly, Hyo-min is also present on the platform. This moment is a bit comedic and hints at a potential love story.
The last case in the final episode centers on Min-chan and Hyeon-yeong, who are co-parenting together without traditional marriage. Their child was born through IVF, and they made the intention to parent together while retaining their own freedom to date.
The trouble arises when Min-chan starts to have real desires for a romantic relationship but Hyeon-yeong refuses. He even pushes for parting ways, after which she responds by enforcing their contract and even demanding a billion-won penalty.

Meanwhile, the corporate corruption case with Hynic Core is unfolding. Ban Gi-seung is willing to provide evidence against Mr. Ko, as others cast blame on Ko's mentees. Tensions rise when Na-yeon finds out that Lee Seong-bin is about to cash out for tons of money for his silence.
This will lead to layoffs and cover up corruption. At the last minute, the team acts and persuades him to do the right thing. Seok-hoon suggests selling Hynic Core back to Bluestone, without the middlemen. This will only work if Yul-seong votes yes.
In an unexpected twist in Episode 12 of Beyond the Bar, Yul-seong chooses what is right over loyalty to Ko and votes to back Na-yeon's vision. Even Seung-cheol ultimately steps out, and Na-yeon has a new lease of leadership with a genuine commitment to justice.

Seok-hoon comforted Hyeon-yeong after the divorce was granted and reminded her that divorce does not negate her ability to be a great mom.
These three individuals shared a meal afterward, suggesting that family can take on various forms after separation.
