HBO's latest docuseries, Billy Joel: And So It Goes, is all set to release in two parts—Part One on Friday, July 18, and Part Two, a week later on July 25, 2025. It will be released at 8:00 pm ET/PT on HBO and HBO Max.
Previously, the two-part documentary debuted at the Tribeca Festival on June 4, 2025, to honor the legacy of the popular singer, songwriter, and pianist. Unfortunately, Joel couldn't attend the premiere night due to his health. In May 2025, the 77-year-old singer canceled his tour, stating that he had been diagnosed with a rare brain disorder, NPH.
The series will delve into the six-time Grammy-winner's life through archived performance clips, interviews, and some unseen footage. The two-part documentary is helmed and produced by Emmy-winning directors Susan Lacy and Jessica Levin.
