Apple TV unveils a brand-new introduction video after rebranding

The streamer's rebrand was first introduced in the global streaming release date press release for F1: The Movie. The rebrand was mentioned in a single line in the last paragraph of the press release without any pomp or circumstance:

"Apple TV+ is now simply Apple TV, with a vibrant new identity."

The move and the mode of announcement were debated for some time. However, the streamer has now given us a brand-new introduction video in the form of all the pomp and circumstance we could need.

The new introduction video features the streamer's new name as well as brand-new music by the singer and composer Finneas, who commented:

"Never thought I'd get to do something like this but I am so honored and truly couldn't have enjoyed working on it more. hope this very short piece of music feels like it matches the things I love about Apple so much- They make such beautiful tools. Lucky to use em."

The vibrant new introduction was captioned:

"This is just the beginning."

Nothing is "just" when it comes to Apple TV. The streaming network is home to some of the most iconic shows. On that note, here is a look at some of the best original shows you can stream on the now-rebranded streaming service.

1: Slow Horses

Throughout its five thrilling seasons, Slow Horses has grown to be one of the most iconic shows from the streamer, also leading to early renewals for the sixth and seventh seasons. Gary Oldman stars as Jackson Lamb, the head of Slough House, a group of discarded agents from the MI5 who somehow find themselves in the middle of extremely dangerous and threatening situations. The twists and turns in the espionage world of this thriller will always keep you on your toes, and the possibility that your favorite Slough House member might die at any moment might do that as well.

2: The Morning Show

The Morning Show is another great addition to the streaming service's catalog. Additionally, the star-studded cast adds more than just glitz and glamour to the show. The real-life politics reported on by this news company stand no chance against the politics behind the scenes within the company, and to make everything better, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are among the main cast members.

3: Platonic

With two seasons already released, Platonic is one of the cleverest dramedies. Seth Rogen teams up with Rose Byrne, following friends who reconnect years after a falling out and find their lives enriched in unbelievable ways after finding their way back to each other. Rogen and Byrne's shared chemistry and how organically it flows is the greatest thing about the original.

Those are some of the top shows streaming right now that you can watch, and you might experience the vibrant new logo and music at "just the beginning."
