Dark Winds Season 4 teaser: Leaphorn amidst a deadly mystery
Just when Leaphorn thought he had seen it all, the tribal police lieutenant will be entangled in another deadly mystery in Dark Winds Season 4. AMC has finally released the official teaser for the upcoming chapter of its popular thriller series, which currently sits at a perfect RT score of 100% for all its previous three seasons.
The teaser begins with a voice-over by Joe Leaphorn:
''I had this badge for four years before I saw my first murder. Now it just feels like every day.''
This is followed by a trail of dead bodies as Leaphorn continues his inner monologue:
''It's hard having to hold it all.''
The Dark Winds Season 4 teaser then features fast-moving snippets of Leaphorn investigating a crime scene in the dark with a torchlight, an ominous figure in a gas mask, flying bullets, ringing gunshots and the golden trio of Leaphorn, Jim Chee and Bernadette in action.
The teaser finally cuts before Leaphorn says this to Bernadette:
''I'm sorry I'm asking you to.''
The sombre tone and ominous music used in the teaser suggest that the upcoming season will bring a harrowing mystery for Leaphorn and the team. While the tribal officer has become adept at handling the pressures and traumas of his profession, he is asking Bernadette to do the same.
