Episode 11 of Dear X is titled "Save Me, My God," which clearly hints that no one is actually safe in Ah-jin's world. The episode begins with Ah-jin surviving Jung-hee's attack with the entire country discussing the incident.

This also leaves a big mark on Ah-jin as she's already dealing with a lot, and now Jung-hee's attack has made her worse. Thanks to Moon Do-hyeok the so-called husband who's actually an obsessive man, with the only desire to control Baek Ah-jin forever.

As the episode continues, Ah-jin starts forgetting things. It gets quite messy and terrifying as she keeps messing up at the house and around people, but remembers nothing until someone reminds her.

Later, Ah-jin confronts D-hyeok and he makes it clear: He wants Ah-jin to do everything he likes. And if she refuses, he will expose and leave her miserable. Do-hyeok hates Jun-seo and Jae-oh and tells his men to take care of them.

Kim Jae-oh’s storyline closes with a tragic end shaped by his loyalty to Baek Ah-jin. Throughout the show, he stays by her side and genuinely tries to protect her, even when it puts him at risk.

When Ah-jin asks him to look into the dangerous behavior of her husband, Moon Do-hyeok, Jae-oh agrees to help without realizing just how closely Do-hyeok is already monitoring him. And when Ah-jin asked Jae-oh why he always helps her without asking anything in return, Jae-oh confessed that he feels useful only when Ah-jin asks him for help.

He tells Ah-jin to use him as much as she wants until it's too late. Jae-oh has been spying on Do-hyeok's men and he finally confronts them. He knew he was putting his life in danger, so he made sure the evidence was ready even if he died.

And as seen in the last episode, Kim Jae-oh dies. He let the men throw him off the cliff, and the video was then sent to Ah-jin. This is another tragic end in the K-drama after In-gang died, and later Ah-jin blackmails Do-hyeok with the video.
