Estefanía Piñeres plays the lead role of Agustina Londoño. She is married to a professor named Fernando Aguilar. Agustina grew up in a rich but troubled family, as her mother was very strict with her. The story begins when she starts hallucinating and seeing bugs on her skin.

Before going into the confused mental state, Augustina had a strong imagination and loved tarot cards. She cared deeply for her brother Bichi, who was also mistreated in their family. Over time, all the stress caused her to have a mental breakdown. Estefanía Piñeres is a Colombian actress who has previously appeared in projects like Las Villamizar, Malta, and Psychosexual.


2. Juan Pablo Raba as Fernando Aguilar

Juan Pablo Raba plays Agustina’s husband, Fernando Aguilar. He is a kind and smart college professor who teaches students to speak up for themselves. When Agustina starts having mental health problems, he does not give up on her.

Instead, he tries to find out what happened in her past so he can help her heal. Juan Pablo Raba is a famous actor who has starred in several shows, films, and telenovelas. Some of his credits include Narcos, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.


3. Juan Pablo Urrego as Fredy "Midas" McAlister

Juan Pablo Urrego plays Fredy "Midas" McAlister, a man from a poor background who gets involved in illegal activities to make money. He met Agustina when they were young, and they fell in love.

5. José Julián Gaviria as Joaco Londoño

José Julián Gaviria stars as Joaco in Delirium. He is Agustina’s older brother who acts like he is better than everyone else. He becomes friends with Midas and helps him with his illegal deals.

Joaco stays close to their mother and looks down on Agustina. José Julián Gaviria’s other acting credits include One Way Out, Lessons for a Kiss, and Amo de Casa.
