"Don't know if I can keep going": Married At First Sight UK star Sarah breaks down while opening up about her connection with Dean

Channel 4 shared a video clip featuring one of the Married At First Sight UK brides, Sarah, on Instagram on October 14, 2025. The clip features Sarah getting emotional while opening up about Dean. It happened after she was asked whether there was a spark between her and Dean. She said no.

Later, she confessed to the cameras that she wasn't sure if she could keep moving forward. Despite Dean being a "lovely guy," Married At First Sight UK star Sarah didn't know why things were not getting romantic from her side. She confessed:

"I just can't keep doing it. And I do see something, like, lovely between us, but I just don't know if it's in the romantic setting. And I've just told him that. I haven't...I just... haven't led him on. I haven't like...but then I'm like...why can't you see that? Because he is such a lovely guy. It just f*cks with your head. I just don't know if I can keep going."

The latest Married At First Sight UK video clip shared by Channel 4 featured a private dinner. Sarah, Dean, and their fellow cast members attended the dinner. One of the female participants asked Sarah about the spark between her and Dean. In response, Sarah said that she didn't feel the spark, saying.

"No. Romantically, I'm not sure. I am doing everything I can. So, we'll see."

In his private confession, Married At First Sight UK star Dean shared that he was surprised to hear that comment from Sarah. It was because he thought the two were getting to know each other better and that their relationship was progressing. Dean confessed:

"It knocks me back to Sarah doesn't have a spark. I thought we were progressing. I don't know what more I can do. I am doing everything I can."

After commenting about not feeling a "spark," Sarah asked Dean if that was awkward for him. He smiled and noted that it was okay. Sarah asked him what she was supposed to say.

While fellow cast members were also there, Sarah added that she felt really bad. She wanted the spark to be there, but it just wasn't there. Dean told her not to rush herself. He shared:

"Don't rush it, if it comes, it comes. If it doesn't, it doesn't."

Sarah replied that she didn't want to hurt him. Later in her private confession, she got emotional. Married At First Sight UK star confessed that she wasn't sure if she could keep going. Even though Dean was a lovely guy, she didn't know why there wasn't a romantic connection.
