Fire Country Season 4 marks the newest installment of the hit procedural series. The show has been one of the top-performing assets for CBS in the last few years, thanks to its perfect blend of action and drama.

Audiences love the tale of Bode Leone, a former prisoner who becomes a Cal Fire firefighter. His dynamics with his fellows, especially with Gabriela Perez, make the series even more entertaining.

The upcoming season, however, is going to introduce a major change, as Gabriela will be leaving the show, along with Bode’s father, Vince. Bode will now deal with some major heartbreaks in Fire Country Season 4, which is slated to premiere on CBS on October 17, 2025.

However, the remaining episodes will be aired on subsequent Fridays at 9 PM ET / PT, while Sheriff Country will shift to the 8 PM slot after the series premiere. The total number of episodes in the season has not been disclosed yet.

The season will follow up on the events of the previous installment’s finale, where Vince, Sharon, and Walter Leone’s fate hung in the balance as they got stuck in a burning building, and the roof collapsed on them. CBS has launched a trailer for the upcoming episodes, which confirms that Vince tragically passed away in the accident.

Bode has now vowed to carry the legacy of his father forward. However, there is going to be tension between him and Captain Jake Crawford over who is going to be the new Battalion Chief after Vince’s death. The team will also have some new challenges to face as Sharon brings the news that the station has been suspended.

At the same time, Fire Country Season 4 will move on from the love story of Bode and Gabriela. The trailer shows Gabriela expressing that she still loves Bode, but the scene seems to showcase a goodbye between the two.
