Recalling the previous year and how some people felt Morgan wasn't taking the process "seriously," Lori and Bama Morgan discussed it. Bama Morgan suggested she should put in more effort, but her mom thought it was a "terrible" idea.

The latest episode of A Sorority Mom's Guide to Rush! started with the coaches Brandis Brandley and Bill Alverson's conversation. Former asked Bill if he knew Bama Morgan.
"You don't know Bama Morgan? She was like the darling of Tiktok last year, but she did not get a bid," said Brandis.
Episode 4 mentioned that during her first year at the University of Alabama, Bama Morgan "broke the internet" during rush week. It also included a few clips from Bama Morgan's previously shared videos.
Morgan's mom, Lori, told the cameras that the reason Morgan lost was because she put a "little bit" of pressure on her.
"I was not prepared for the intensity of it," confessed Bama Morgan.
A Sorority Mom's Guide to Rush! episode featured various clips from different sources discussing Bama Morgan.
One of those clips from Bama Morgan's first Rush featured her explaining why she didn't win the bid. However, before she could share, there were a few more clips showing different opinions and theories on the subject.
"Bama Morgan did not get dropped solely because the way she works," a clip stated.
Brandis Brandley shared that one of the criticisms Bama Morgan received was that she didn't take the process seriously.
"She did not get a bid, but she managed to steal the hearts of middle-aged women on Tiktok all across this country," added Brandis.
Furthermore, the coach revealed that Bama Morgan was back. While showing her "Bama Rush 2023" t-shirts, the star confessed to the cameras:
"These are my two Bama Rush 2023 t-shirts. They're battle-worn. I'm not gonna lie, there's a lot of stains on them. My real name is Morgan Cadenhead, but you may know me as Bama Morgan."
She added that after she was dropped, she was "genuinely" upset. Her mom also stated that seeing her daughter not make it through the process made her "really upset."
While talking to her mom, Lori, she said that she "never" had friends in high school or middle school. Similar to that, she wasn't "expecting" the college to be any different.
Listening to Morgan, her mom said that was the reason why she wanted her to "Rush" last year. It would give her a chance to make that "core group" of friends. Her mom recalled the process from last year and that they had "zero clue" about what they were "getting into."
She told cameras that her biggest fear was Morgan getting rejected. She mentioned "putting more effort," which might result in a "different result." Her mom said it was a terrible idea. Morgan joked that she was "full of terrible ideas."
