Good Boy Episode 6: Everything to know

Episode 6 of Good Boy, the action-comedy K-drama that’s caught international attention, is officially set to premiere on Sunday, June 15, 2025. In South Korea, the episode will be broadcast on the popular local channel JTBC, with the airtime being 10:40 PM KST.

For fans outside Korea, the episode will become available on Amazon Prime Video on the same day. In addition to JTBC and Amazon Prime Video, the show is also being offered on Netflix and Disney+ in selected countries.

What happened in Good Boy Episode 5: A quick recap

In Episode 5 of Good Boy, Dong-ju ends up injured after his heroic moment of throwing himself on Ju-young's car and saving Han-na's life. Despite the doctor's suggestion to take rest, Dong-ju heads to the police department where Ju-young is being interrogated.

As expected, Min Ju-young barely speaks and denies every claim that he has connections with the Russians and the Philippines gangsters. Not only this, but soon his case is transferred to the prosecution under Jong-hyun's elder brother.

The team is frustrated as they did everything to catch Ju-young, only to see him get away so easily. As the prosecutors take Ju-young away, Dong-ju stops him and warns that he’ll catch him again soon.

Since Dong-ju is injured, his nose starts bleeding, and he’s sent back to the hospital. Man-sik asks Han-na to look after him, saying Dong-ju only listens to her. After all, she’s the one he’s fallen in love with.

While at the hospital, Han-na notices the sticker she gave Dong-ju when he lost his game. She remembers the time at the academy with Dong-ju and realizes his affection for her has only grown.

Later in the Good Boy episode, Man-sik and his rival team join forces to catch a new bad guy named Drug Demon. It's revealed that Drug Demon is 6 ft tall and no one has ever seen him. The ones who did die on the spot.

While everyone thinks Drug Demon is a man, it turns out that it's a woman who has been running this illegal business of drug candies. She's now in Korea, and even in front of Dong-ju and the other teammates, but they haven't identified her yet.

It's interesting to watch Drug Demon pretending to be a victim in front of everyone. Not only this, she's also staying with Han-na and Dong-ju in the same apartment. At the end of the episode, the police department celebrates the 42nd anniversary, after which Han-na finally makes a move and kisses Dong-ju.

It's the most awaited moment for Dong-ju as he has been waiting for Han-na to accept his feelings. And now that she finally did, Dong-ju collapsed, hinting he might be seriously ill.
