Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 10 aired on August 6, 2025. The latest episode, titled Bruno's' featured a Pennsylvania-based restaurant of the same name. The family-style diner used to be a local attraction.

However, after facing issues, Gordon Ramsay took on the project and went there to see what went wrong. He went undercover and found multiple issues, including kitchen equipment, spatulas, refrigerated food items, and more.

Later, when he confronted the staff, the owner's son got in an argument with Gordon. However, things got calmer as the episode progressed. Bruno's got a much-awaited renovation and updated billing system, among other things.

Episode 10 of the show featured Bruno's from Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. Established in 1989, the restaurant is owned by Tim Bruno. Referring to himself as a "good sloppy" cook, he runs the diner with his son Nick Bruno. He works as a cook and also helps manage the diner. His long-time girlfriend Kotana is also part of the restaurant along with Annemarie Maletta, Jenn, and more.

Ramsay learned about Nick and Tim's occasional conversations, which might feel like arguments. After going undercover to see the underlying issue, Gordon Ramsay learned some shocking facts. It included a dead mouse in the basement, junk scattered around, dirt inside the restaurant, and more.

Gordon also came across a milkshake machine, which was quite dirty. Along with that, he came across a few hygiene issues in the refrigerator as well. The next morning on Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service, he sent fake customers to the diner. Gordon learned that despite the customer specifically asking for a vegetarian dish, it was served with meatball sauce.

Later, Gordon came across an eggplant dish being cooked right beside raw meat on the grill. He then rushed to the restaurant and confronted the staff. While he pointed out how things were working in the kitchen, there was an argument.

As Gordon stated some facts, Nick responded:

"That's your opinion."

He asked Gordon if he wanted to put them "down." Seeing his behavior, the show host responded that he was stating "home truths." As he told Nick to "listen carefully," Nick said he was also speaking. Tension grew as the two got into a verbal disagreement.

Further on the show, Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host revealed that he had been watching everything to learn more about the restaurant. After he shared hygiene issues, dirt, and more, restaurant owner Tim admitted that he was losing interest. He also talked about how his son Nick should take on the responsibility. However, he hadn't yet told his son about that.

After instructing the staff members on cleaning work, Gordon told Tim and Nick to have a conversation. Father-son duo had a private conversation outside the restaurant. While Nick still voiced reservations on how things unfolded since Gordon's arrival, the show host invited two baseball legends. There was a discussion about understanding perspectives and change.

Along with that, Gordon Ramsay's team had already started working at the restaurant to get things up and running. After cleaning, the diner got a new nostalgic design with a new POS system to manage orders, and more. Additionally, the menu was also updated.

Gordon also shared some kitchen techniques with Nick that would help him manage the diner, especially while cooking.
