Fox released Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 13 on August 27, 2025. The latest episode featured the Neighborhood Kitchen from Whitinsville, Massachusetts. It is run by husband and wife duo, Mark and Lisa.

From insider tips and information about the restaurant, Gordon Ramsay went undercover. He found various issues regarding hygiene, furniture, and the stale state of vegetables.

The next day, Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host went to the diner and confronted the owners and the staff members. Soon, there were arguments and a heated confrontation. Gordon wanted co-owner Mark to slow down and manage everything well. However, Mark said he wasn't able to do that.

After Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host witnessed quesadilla preparation with raw chicken, he rushed to the restaurant. Before that, he was observing the diner through the cameras.

As he rushed, he told the owners to tell the customers to leave. Seeing Gordon Ramsay walking into their restaurant, Mark and Lisa were concerned.

"I think we're all going to get yelled at because knowing Gordon Ramsay's reputation, I'm thinking that we're in deep f*ck and deep trouble," confessed Mark.

After gathering the staff members and owners, the show host revealed that he had been watching them for a while. He then mentioned that while they were under the impression that they were on "sort of a refresh show," they weren't. He also revealed having an insider, who had told Gordon "everything."

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host talked to the head chef, Dave, and told him that the kitchen was not hygienic. The celebrity chef then went to the kitchen and brought out stale carrots. While undercover the night before, he already saw the carrots and other proteins in a stale state.

"You do not need to go to culinary school to understand they are no good. And as for the gravy, have you tasted that stuff?" asked Gordon Ramsay.

He also confessed to the staff for flipping the raw chicken next to the quesadilla with the same spatula. Mark responded that he would take all the blame. Later, Mark and Gordon got into an argument when the latter talked about the finances and other matters.

Restaurant co-owner Mark walked out and said he needed five minutes. In his private confession, Mark revealed that whenever he gets to a point where he doesn't want to explode, he walks away. Gordon Ramsay followed Mark and tried to talk to him.

Gordon told Mark about being on his "knees." However, Mark said that he was still doing things he was supposed to and continued to work.

"But you need to start understanding the mistakes you've made and stop ignoring them," said Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host.

Seeing Mark in denial, Gordon Ramsay got the turkey out of the refrigerator and showed it to Mark. He mentioned it had gone bad and would put people in the hospital. The celebrity chef mentioned that it was a serious business. Mark should have the staff "accountable" for their work.

"I want to reach across the counter and punch him in the face," confessed Mark.

Gordon told him that he wanted Mark to "face the truth." He added that, while doing things wrong, Mark was taking everyone down with him. Gordon mentioned the funds that Mark and Lisa were using; they were Lisa's, and they won't come back that easily.

Listening to him talk about his wife's funds, Mark said it was "hard." The show host also talked about Mark's health. He told him to "slow down" before it would be "too late." Mark confessed that he didn't know how to do that. When he tried, he was unable to slow down.
