"It's disgusting": Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host reacts to quesadilla preparation at Neighborhood Kitchen

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 13 was released on August 27, 2025. The latest episode of the Fox show focused on Neighborhood Kitchen, located in Whitinsville, Massachusetts.

After going undercover to investigate issues at the restaurant, Gordon Ramsay went to see the restaurant owner, Mark, and the staff members. One of the issues he witnessed was related to quesadilla preparation.

Showing a recently made quesadilla, Gordon Ramsay confronted the Neighborhood Kitchen owner, Mark. He pointed out that the quesadilla was "flipped and cooked" with raw chicken. Listening to him, Mark responded that whatever the issue might be, he should be yelling at him.

"It's disgusting. This thing's been flipped and cooked with raw chicken. You can't flip raw chicken and then go to a quesadilla," said Gordon Ramsay.

The latest episode of the Fox show featured yet another confrontation between Gordon Ramsay and a restaurant owner. For Episode 13, it was Neighborhood Kitchen owner Mark who took all the blame.

Fox describes the recently aired Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 13 as:

"Gordon must help a restaurant serving subpar cuisine from a kitchen plagued by contamination."

While showing a quesadilla, Gordon Ramsay confronted the staff members, including the chefs. He noted that their quesadillas were flipped with raw chicken.

Listening to him, the restaurant owner, Mark, said that it doesn't fall on the staff members. He told the host to yell at him instead.

"Um, I take all the blame. Doesn't fall on them, it falls on me. All right? So, if you're going to yell at somebody and scream at somebody, it's me."

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host asked Mark how good the food was in his restaurant. He responded that on a scale of one to ten, he would rate them 8.

"Say that again?" asked Gordon Ramsay.

Mark repeated and mentioned that he liked his restaurant's food.

Further, Gordon inquired about Mark's experience. He asked how long he had worked in restaurants before he opened his own. Mark responded that he had never owned a restaurant.

"I have never owned a restaurant in my life," responded Mark.

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host said that bowling was Mark's hobby, and he did well in the leagues. Referring to one of Mark's hobbies, Gordon questioned him further. He asked if his restaurant was also one of his hobbies.

Mark said that his restaurant was his future retirement plan. The conversation soon turned into an argument between Gordon and Mark.
