Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 5 aired on June 18, 2025. The latest episode on Fox saw Gordon Ramsay going undercover to observe Pennsylvania-based Marvel Ranch.

While undercover, he found uncleanliness throughout the kitchen, including a dead mouse. He learned about the owner, Cheryl, who shared a strong bond with the staff, and how they had been like a family, but lacked professionalism.

Gordon also witnessed the staff's behavior with each other and with customers. After coming forward with his findings, he transformed the Marvel Ranch, surprising everyone.

Marvel Ranch, located in Reading, Pennsylvania, was Gordon Ramsay's latest destination for his fifth episode of Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service. Renowned for their breakfast and brunch menus, the restaurant has been facing issues because of the chaotic crew.

The restaurant was owned by Cheryl, who has been working there since she was 13 years old. Since 1991, she has taken over Marvel Ranch at the age of 18 and has been passionate about it ever since. The staff, more like family, referred to Cheryl as "Mama" and consisted of:

• Kenny - Cook: Working for eight years,
• Rachel - Cheryl's daughter-in-law: Keeps up with everything,
• Xavier - Cook,
• Jameare - Junior cook.

Despite a lack of professionalism and constant chaos, Kenny was still working there because of his loyalty to Cheryl. With a $1.2 million loan, Cheryl was busy paying the mortgage and managing Marvel Ranch.

While going undercover, Gordon Ramsay goes into the basement where he finds mice droppings, foul odor, and much more. He also comes across a dead mouse. After planting a rat camera, he found even more proof of uncleanliness. There were droppings, food, and grease under the grill. He was shocked to find pre-made omelets.

Further on Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service, he also carried out an Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) test by taking swabs from the microwave. He found the reading at 5718, which is typically supposed to be lower than 90.

"I tested one of the microwaves last night. Anything between 50 to 90 is sort of max. You can't really go over 90. It's something that every restaurant in the country is getting scrutinized with. You guys have broken the record. 5,718 on that scale," said Gordon Ramsay.

The next day, he kept an eye on the staff and noticed one of the customers had a hair in their food. He observed continuous chaos, a lack of accountability, and a lack of professionalism among the staff.

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Episode 5 saw Gordon meeting with the staff and revealing his findings. He mentioned a dead mouse, the grill tray, and more. Gordon Ramsay shared his concerns about whether he could help them or not. He also mentioned how Kenny has not been showing any seriousness, even after he revealed his shocking discoveries.

After a private conversation with Gordon, Kenny was willing to go with the changes to replace chaos with discipline. They all went out for an outing and enjoyed their time at the boxing ring. He had a conversation with Cheryl and talked about how she needed to be their boss and work on her boundaries.

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service team worked their magic at the Marvel Ranch, transforming it into a classic diner. After a deep clean and brand-new kitchen equipment, everyone was surprised to see such massive changes at the restaurant. Ramsay also went on to make an omelet in 90 seconds and tells the staff how to proceed smoothly.

When he revealed the insider who had been working with him was none other than Cheryl herself, everyone was surprised. Since the transformation, Marvel Ranch has been thriving under Cheryl's leadership and has returned to its former glory as a family-friendly restaurant.
