John Allen then shares how the camp is a perfect place to bond with the team and build on the camaraderie.

Another standout moment came off-field- Dion Dawkins, a father of three, took his children drifting on his day off. It was a sweet pause from the grind of the game.

We also got a sneak peek at Bill's new stadium under construction at Orchard Park. Owner Terry Pegula walked through the science behind its design, giving the fans a look at the sauna room, hydrotherapy tub, and other facilities.
