If you’ve been waiting for Industry Season 4 and wondering when the cutthroat world of Pierpoint will return, then the good news is that HBO has given us a clear release window. After the show’s renewal and a busy production year, network executives have started to sketch a timetable for the next batch of episodes.
That doesn’t mean a single, locked-in premiere date on HBO has dropped. But the chairman and CEO for HBO and HBO Max content, Casey Bloys, has signalled when viewers should pencil the show into their calendars.
Meanwhile, filming wrapped this year, and the creative team has been quietly assembling a cast that suggests the fourth season will push the characters into new, riskier territory. Below, you can explore what HBO's Casey Bloys has said about the show's return.

HBO officially confirmed the arrival of Industry Season 4 in January 2026
HBO itself hasn’t posted a one-line "we’ll premiere on X date" press release for Industry Season 4, but the network’s top content boss has given the clearest hint yet. In interviews around the 2025 Emmy season, Casey Bloys identified the show as part of HBO’s early-2026 slate and pointed more specifically to January as the month they’re targeting.
While speaking to Deadline, Bloys mentioned that he's looking forward to Industry Season 4's performance. He said:
"I would love to see that show and those performers break through."
That kind of comment from the channel’s chairman is a strong indicator of the calendar HBO is planning around. Fans are already curious about the plot after watching Season 3, which ended with Pierpoint being sold and the London office being shut, along with Yasmin ending up with Henry despite her feelings for Robert.
Not only this, but Rishi’s gambling debts and conflicts resulted in his wife, Diana's murder at home, and much more with other characters like Eric and Harper. So, Industry Season 4 has a lot to solve and offer fresh drama.

What else do we know about Industry Season 4?
Production on Industry Season 4 reportedly ran through spring and summer 2025 and wrapped in early August. With the most crucial part being completed, the team can now work on the editing and visuals for the upcoming chapter.
The new season also features several notable cast additions and changes, which both refresh the story and require scheduling for publicity that tends to precede a release window. Leading the returning cast is Myha’la Herrold, who will once again step into the role of Harper Stern, the ambitious and sharp-witted banker whose journey has always been at the heart of the show.
Marisa Abela is also back as Yasmin Kara-Hanani, continuing her storyline that has balanced privilege with vulnerability. Ken Leung reprises his role as Eric Tao, while Sagar Radia returns as Rishi Ramdani. Miriam Petche will also be seen again as Sweetpea, and Kit Harington is confirmed to stay on as Henry Muck.
However, not every familiar face is coming back. Harry Lawtey, who played Robert Spearing, won’t be a part of Season 4. According to reports, his departure is linked to scheduling conflicts, though the show’s creators also hinted that Robert’s storyline had reached a natural conclusion by the end of last season.
The new faces in Industry Season 4 include Max Minghella, Kal Penn, Kiernan Shipka, Jack Farthing, Amy James-Kelly, Toheeb Jimoh, Charlie Heaton, and Claire Forlani.
