"He did give me three reasons": Love Is Blind: UK star Sarover reveals why Kal ended their marriage

Netflix released Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 Reunion on August 31, 2025. Participants who got engaged on the finale revealed their current relationship status a year after their weddings.

One of the couples to get married in the social experiment was Sarover and Kal. As the couple revealed that they were no longer together, everyone was shocked. The show hosts asked the two what happened, after which they recalled events from their time together.

Recalling how Kal and Sarover's wedding ended, the latter recalled:

"He did give me three reasons. The first one was, There was no spark. The second one was, We're very different people. And the third one is, I'm more emotional and affectionate. And that's that."

Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 Reunion featured a video clip showing how Kal and Sarover have been together since their wedding. However, when co-host Matt Willis asked the two about how the first year of their "married life" had been, the answer shocked everyone.

Sarover revealed that three months after their marriage, Kal walked away.

"This is quite a shock," responded Matt Ellis.

When asked more about what happened, Sarover said she felt as if they were going "strength go strength." She recalled Kal telling her that it was over between the two. After making the decision to end their relationship, Kal shared three reasons with her.

Listening to Love Is Blind: UK star Sarover, recalling the three reasons, Kal responded that he tried to message her. But she had ignored those messages.

"Because every time I tried to ask you, Can we talk about this? What went wrong? How did the spark go away? Is there anything we can fix? You battered me back and silenced me to the point you actually were sending me GIFs as a joke. You were really rude to me," replied Sarover.

When Love Is Blind: UK host Kal asked what happened and what went wrong. He said that nothing went wrong. He said Sarover didn't do anything wrong and that she was a "good wife." However, he added that they were not "right" for each other.

Co-host Emma further stated, there must have been some reasons for the end of their marriage. Kal mentioned physical and emotional intimacy. He recalled Sarover "wanted more" from him, which he couldn't give.

When he faced questions regarding that, he said he was not as "lovey-dovey PDA" as other guys.

Further, Kal apologized to Sarover's mom, Bali, and thanked them for taking him into their family. He apologized for letting them all "down." She responded that as a mother, it felt heartbreaking and devastating.
