  • Team Red: Alexandra, Cara Marie, Anaiya, Cydni, Jada, Ellie, and Lisa,
  • Team Blue: Antonio, Anthony, Chris, Henry, Jon, and Jayden.

The first task that Gordon assigned the cheftestants was a simple one. They had to get a fried chicken ready in 45 minutes. Both teams got it done, and as they got their respective chicken out of the oven, the two competed against each other.

Along with Gordon Ramsay, participants faced a guest judge, Joe Guith. While the task seemed quite simple, the scores for the same were:

  • Chris: 1 Point,
  • Cara Marie: 1 Point,
  • Ellie: 2 Points,
  • Jon: 2 Points:
  • Alexandra: 2 Points,
  • Antonio: 3 Points,
  • Anthony: 3 Points,
  • Jada: 3 Points,
  • Jayden: 3 Points,
  • Anaiya: 4 Points,
  • Henry: 4 Points,
  • Lisa: 5 Points.

The total came down to a close call. While Red Team scored 17, Blue Team's total was 16. Lisa won the MVP with her solo perfect point. As a reward, the winning team was sent to Church's Texas Chicken, Atlanta. They were invited to the guest judge's restaurant for collaboration.

Further in the episode, participants faced a dinner challenge. From the Red Team, Anaiya and Jada got their work done quite fast, while the Blue Team was still working. Things were not going well for the latter, as Jon got yelled at.

"What the f*ck is wrong with you?" yelled Gordon Ramsay.

Jon's first dish, scallops, turned out to be undercooked and rubbery. His second attempt at the dish also received criticism from Gordon. At last, his third try turned out to be taste-worthy. Teammates working under Jon faced difficulties throughout the dinner service. Seeing the overcooked salmon entrees, Jon was not happy. He yelled at Antonio for the outcome.

"It feels like I'm taking the bullets for everything," said Jon.

Gordon Ramsay announced that the team to finish their service first would end up winning the challenge. While Jayden was the first one to finish their dishes, his was said to be undercooked. As a result, Red Team managed to finish first with their well-cooked Wellingtons.

Further on in Hell's Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay asked the losing Red Team to choose two names for the elimination. Jon and Antonio's names came forward.

While everyone was expecting Jon to be eliminated, Gordon chose Antonio. The reason was Antonio's lack of communication. As a result, he was sent home from the competition. Additionally, to even out the number of cheftestants in each team, Gordon sent Jada to the Blue Team.
