Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episode 6: Who was eliminated from the Fox show?

The recently released Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episode 6 featured a Blue Team member going home. It was Antonio Wormley.

It happened after his teammates were asked to choose two participants for the elimination. They chose Antonio and Jon. By the end of the episode, when Gordon Ramsay chose Antonio for the elimination, it surprised everyone.

Further, Gordon announced a participant switch to even out the number of contestants in each team. For that, Jada from Red Team was asked to come forward. She was sent over to the Blue Team.

Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episode 6: Gordon sends Antonio home for his lack of communication

Since Blue Team lost the challenge, Gordon Ramsay told them to choose two of their teammates for nomination. Henry revealed Jon as their first nomination. The reason was Jon's lack of communication and clarity during the challenge. With him at the fish stations, things didn't start that great for their team.

The next cheftestant was Antonio. He was also there at the fish station by Jon's side. There were talks about his performance and how he failed to carry out his duties during the task. Soon, both of the nominated participants were called forward.

Gordon Ramsay noted that the fish station has become quite an issue during the dinner service. When they were questioned regarding their roles, Antonio noted that Jon didn't communicate at the beginning of the service. But it didn't sit well with Gordon. He told him that the two were side by side at the fish stations. Hence, communication should not have been an issue.

Hell's Kitchen star Antonio noted that he wanted to show judges and the competition his potential. He had a lot more to prove. He also talked about being focused and working on his communication.

When Jon was asked why he should stay in the game, he mentioned that he was focused on improving himself throughout each day. He talked about his commitment to Hell's Kitchen.

After listening to both Jon and Antonio, Gordon Ramsay made up his mind. He announced Antonio's elimination. Sharing more about his decision, Gordon noted that he was looking forward to having a leader. He didn't want someone who would disappear during the dinner service when his teammates would need his help.

After his elimination, Antonio reflected on his time in the competition. He noted that communication was one of the key aspects during the dinner service, but he failed. Even when he was going home, Antonio talked about his potential and doing better.

After the elimination, which resulted in Antonio going home, the remaining cheftestants were notified about a change. Gordon Ramsay shared that he was moving Jada to the Blue Team. When he asked her to take her chef's jacket off, everyone was shocked.

But later, when he announced the reason, everyone could breathe easy. Gordon mentioned that the Blue Team needed a leader. So, he was sending her to join the team and also to even out the number of cheftestants. Jada's partner, Anaiya, was not happy with the partner switch.
