Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episodes 13 and 14 recap: Final five chefs face intense finale challenges

Fox released Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episodes 13 and 14 on January 8, 2026. The latest episodes featured the remaining cheftestants going through exciting challenges.

Episode 13 featured the final five chefs, including Anaiya, Cydni, Lisa, Jada, and Ellie. They went through an individual challenge and a dinner service. Soon, Anaiya was eliminated.

Episode 14 started with the remaining four chefs. They were sent to purchase their ingredients, followed by a twist of ingredient swap. During the dinner service, Gordon Ramsay tested them with unexpected sabotage. While some of them were able to spot them, a few were missed. By the end of the episode, Lisa was sent home.

The recently released Hell's Kitchen Season 24 Episode 13 featured five black-jacketed female chefs, including Anaiya, Ellie, Jada, Cydni, and Lisa.

The episode started with Cydni, Anaiya, and Jada working on the former's jelly beans. Soon, they faced Gordon Ramsay talking about social media and how it could be a powerful tool. They all saw the final five female chefs' old pictures and felt nostalgic.

For their first individual challenge, they had to prepare a dish for Gordon's social media followers. Their votes would determine the winner of the round. Cheftestants had 40 minutes to work on their dish. Cydni and Ellie both had squash blossoms for their dish. Anaiya got started with her gel, while Jada chose to make ribeye. She noted that almost everyone chose seafood dishes.

The guest for the Hell's Kitchen episode was Ken Oringer. Gordon and the guest judge would also be giving points to each of the dishes. Anaiya's pan-seared fillet received 8 points from each of the judges.

Cydni prepared pan-seared scallops. She received the same points. Jada's salt-crusted ribeye earned 10 and 9 points from the judges. Lisa also received 10 and 9 points for her black cod. The last one was Ellie with her halibut. She earned 8 points each.

Chef Ramsay revealed the results:

• Lisa: 10 Points,
• Jada: 9 Points,
• Anaiya: 8 Points,
• Ellie: 7 Points,
• Cydni: 6 Points.

Later, Anaiya, Cydni, and Jada worked on 100 lbs of French fries as part of their punishment. For the dinner service, the guest was WWE Champion Big E. After Cydni struggled, Gordon helped her. Jada also had issues regarding communication. Cydni felt annoyed, and later reworked on her dish.

Hell's Kitchen star Anaiya also faced issues, including undercooked and overcooked dishes. Later, they were asked to reveal nominations. Cydni's and Anaiya's names came forward. Anaiya was chosen for the elimination.

Episode 14 opened with Lisa and Cydni facing disagreements over their previous matter. It was resolved later. The remaining four contestants were sent to Mystic along with Michelle Tribble and James Avery. The participants were tasked with purchasing ingredients for their dish. For that they were given $25 and 10 minutes.

After returning to the kitchen, Chef Gordon Ramsay revealed the twist. Chefs had to swap their ingredients with their opponents.

• Ellie got Lisa's ingredients
• Lisa got Jada's ingredients
• Jada got Cydni's ingredients
• Cydni got Ellie's ingredients

To prepare their dish, the final four contestants had 45 minutes. Cydni struggled working with a t-bone protein. The guest judge for the Hell's Kitchen episode was Stephanie Izard. The judges tasted Jada's boneless pork chop first. She was asked to sit on the throne after the judges were impressed with her dish.

Ellie's shrimp and grits were the next ones. She took Jada's place. Cydni was next with her pan-seared porterhouse steak. Gordon felt that it was overcooked. Lisa was last with her Cuban-style chicken. The judges praised her dish. But it failed to outshine Ellie's dish. It meant, Ellie was the winner.

Later, fans witnessed the cheftestants going through the dinner service. Each of them was asked to take turns leading the kitchen. Chef Ramsay was also going to work with them. He was there to test and sabotage their dishes.

When he changed the pasta on Jada's dish, she spotted it immediately. She was also able to spot the next two sabotages from Gordon. However, Cydni failed to spot them after Gordon replaced a salmon with trout.

Lisa also noticed the lobster tail swap. But she couldn't spot the next two sabotages. During Ellie's turn, she noticed Gordon replacing scallops with mushrooms. The episode ended with Lisa's elimination from Hell's Kitchen.
