8) Derek Cecil as Seth Grayson
Dereck Cecil's Seth, a political operative, becomes a huge part of Frank’s staff after finding his journal and the information about the dubious politician. This helps him become the press secretary when Frank becomes Vice President.
The American actor has also appeared in Grey’s Anatomy and Apple TV’s Lessons in Chemistry.
