Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 was released on September 3, 2025, with the final four episodes of the new season.

The four episodes introduced us to another Hyde, an Alpha Werewolf, and numerous other storylines that entertained and captivated us. One of those storylines is Wednesday and Enid’s bittersweet friendship moments, which took a wild turn when the duo unintentionally switched bodies.

Two characters trying to adorn the contrasting personalities of each other was never going to be easy. This becomes clearer when, after reading Wednesday’s novel and finding out how she described her, she resorts to the only way she knows to take revenge - by making Wednesday colorful, something she is allergic to.

From wearing colorful clothes to dancing to K-pop girl group, BLACKPINK’s BOOMBAYAH, Enid shocks everyone at Nevermore by changing Wednesday’s whole personality.

More on this in our story.

Wednesday Season 2: Enid reads Wednesday’s novel

In episode 6 of Wednesday Season 2 Part 2, Wednesday and Enid unintentionally switch bodies after the latter intervenes while Wednesday is trying to gain temporary psychic ability with the help of Rosaline Rotwood (Lady Gaga). The next morning, Wednesday wakes up as Enid and Enid as Wednesday.

Enid, as Wednesday panics, but Wednesday (in Enid’s body) tries to remain calm and carry on with her investigations. In her cold and guarded best friend’s body, Enid encounters several situations that were unavoidable, such as learning about Wednesday’s allergy to color to be true.

Both friends also learn that they have been keeping secrets from each other, like Enid finding out about Wednesday’s vision of her death. Additionally, while going through Wednesday’s novel, she gets offended after reading how her friend described her in the manuscript.

This infuriates Enid, and she decides to take drastic measures to take revenge on Wednesday.

Wednesday Season 2: Enid adds too much color to Wednesday’s personality

This might be one of the rare episodes of Wednesday Season 2 that showed Jenna Ortega’s character smiling from ear to ear. After being hurt by Wednesday’s description of her in the novel, Enid takes revenge.

She, in Wednesday’s body, wears rainbow colored clothes, makeup, and even paints her nails, knowing that Wednesday was allergic to color. She then dances to hit K-pop girl band BLACKPINK’s song, BOOMBAYAH, in front of the whole school.

A shocking sight for many, including Wednesday herself, who watches everything unfold from afar. The revenge act ends after Wednesday’s body breaks out in hives due to the allergy, which is captured in many of the students' cell phones, which satisfies Enid to the core.

However, from this point on, the lives of both of them start to spiral down until they both decide to acknowledge each other’s strength and join forces to save Agnes.

Wednesday Season 2 is streaming on Netflix.
