The latest Love Island: Beyond the Villa Episode 4 featured cast members meeting and talking about Kordell's departure. He was going to Atlanta for his acting job, for which Serena was sad. The two attended a cooking class, where they talked about when he would be leaving.

"What you gonna be doing while I'm gone in Atlanta?" asked Kordell.

Serena responded that she would be crying. She asked him when he was leaving.

"On 14th is the table read, so I'll probably be leaving on the 13th," replied Kordell.

In her private confession, Love Island: Beyond the Villa star said that it would be the "longest" time for them not being together. She was referring to being together since the two featured on the reality show, Love Island. However, she said that she was "proud" of him for the work he was doing.

She told Kordell that while he would not be there, she would wake up with "bad anxiety." She mentioned how he had been helping her with that. While Kordell said they would be on FaceTime, she said it won't be the same.

In her confession, Serena shared:

"I've always had pretty bad anxiety. And I think the older I get, and the more stressors, the worse it gets to the point where I wake up damn near with anxiety attacks. But I have an amazing man who is helping me figure that out."

"I'm so ready for it to start," said Kordell.

Serena added that they didn't know when he would return because of the date extension. Kordel admitted that he might not even be free to celebrate his birthday.

In her private confession, JaNa shared:

"I'm happy to support Serena, whatever she wants to do. I'm down. I'm here to distract her while Kordell is gone. I think I'm a good replacement."

Serena surprised Kordell with a "going away" cake. She said that it was for his first role and "many more to come." The episode also featured Leah and JaNa arriving at Serena's apartment.

They talked about JaNa and Kenny living separately while raising a foster dog, and more. JaNa added that long-distance relationships should it illegal and that she didn't understand how people do that. Leah shared that she couldn't marry someone if they hadn't lived together before that.
