One of the conversations between Lean and Miguel was about how it was Miguel's first time in Venice. The two were enjoying breakfast at a restaurant where they joked about Miguel getting tattoos.
Later, in his private confession, Love Island: Beyond the Villa star Miguel shared with the cameras:
"I'm in love with this girl. I find myself loving her more and more every day. And we're just so good together, like, lately she's like the yin to my yang, like my perfect half."

The recent Love Island: Beyond the Villa Season 1 episode saw Leah and Miguel taking a trip to Venice. As they explored exciting places, she mentioned how it was Miguel's first time there. She also talked about him getting a tattoo with her name, which was a joke.
"This is your first time in Venice. First timer. Are you gonna go walk after this? We're going to go to the shops and you're gonna go get a tattoo. You're gonna get a "I heart Leah" tattoo..." said Leah.
Listening to Leah talking about tattoos, Miguel suggested that maybe he could get a heart and Leah on each of his eyelids.
"I like that. I think that's a good idea," laughed Leah.
Further, Miguel said he would get a "forever' tattoo on his lips. Sharing about how he had been enjoying his time with Leah, Miguel opened up to the cameras. He stated how he found himself loving her "more and more" every day. He referred to Leah as "yin" to his yang and his "perfect" half.
After the healthcare, Leah mentioned enjoying everything. She then also talked about enjoying foods from various places.
"And then, I do have an appointment today to do a biopsy," said Leah.
In her confession, Love Island: Beyond the Villa star Leah shared that she saw "these things" on her arm. She said that she was in "sheer panic." She also told Miguel that she was a "chronic overthinker."
She stated how those "bumps" on her arm had been consuming a lot of her mental and physical energy. She also confessed to feeling that everything was "put on hold" until she could figure out what was going on. However, she mentioned that she was trying to stay positive and calm.
