The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 kept the fireworks coming on June 25, 2025, with Episode 3, 'Worst Wedding Ever.' The hour’s sweetest storyline belonged to original cast member Marysol Patton, who finally made her two-time ceremony husband, businessman Steve McNamara, a legal spouse at Miami-Dade County Court. In a confessional taped that same day, Marysol wiped away tears and declared,

“I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life,”

summing up why she and Steve chose paperwork after yacht vows in Mexico and plaid kilts in Scotland. The episode then cut to the secret reception Alexia Nepola arranged, where diamonds, drink-throwing, and grief all collided.

The Real Housewives of Miami: Marysol Patton and Steve McNamara finally make it legal

The Real Housewives of Miami cameras followed Marysol and Steve on the morning of April 29, 2025, as they ironed out last-minute jitters.

“We’re nervous because there’s a lot of money on the line between the two of us,”

Marysol joked while slipping on her mother Elsa’s vintage Cuban bracelet for luck. Dressed in a white mini, matching veil, and sparkly pumps, she hopped on the back of Steve’s Harley for a joyride to the courthouse, shouting, “Third time’s the charm!” Inside, a quick ceremony and kiss sealed the license.

Later in the hour, Alexia surprised the newlyweds with an evening bash at a private venue. Marysol swept in sporting a black eye patch emblazoned with a dollar sign to hide a painful stye, but her mood stayed bright: she hugged every The Real Housewives of Miami castmate and thanked Alexia for the covert plan.

The newly legal Mrs. McNamara toasted Steve for “protecting each other” as the crowd cheered, and the series underscored its 30-year friendship roots.

What else happened in Episode 3

The Real Housewives of Miami took an emotional turn when Lisa Hochstein called Alexia from Canada to share heartbreaking news: her father had recently passed away. Through tears, Lisa revealed she didn’t get a final moment with him because he had been unconscious.

She reflected on the pain caused by his past struggles with alcoholism and expressed regret, saying she simply wished she’d had more time with him. Meanwhile, long-time pals Julia Lemigova and Adriana de Moura showed cracks. Julia scolded Adriana for failing to call after she and her wife, Martina Navratilova, adopted two boys.

Adriana admitted she felt snubbed that Alexia met the children first. They patched it up enough for Adriana to volunteer for a baby shower, but the tension set the stage for worse.

Kiki Barth informed Guerdy Abraira that Julia had labeled her “very extra” and complained about Guerdy’s behavior on a luxury cruise. Julia claimed Guerdy turned the trip “all about herself,” seeking selfies with Below Deck Mediterranean captain Sandy Yawn and ignoring Martina’s biopsy scare. Guerdy countered that Julia begged her to come

“because she was distraught and needed emotional support.”

At Alexia’s party, The Real Housewives of Miami delivered its season’s biggest fight so far. Guerdy greeted Julia with, “You look just like a friend I used to know,” and the claws came out.

When Guerdy asked how many cocktails Julia had, Julia snapped, “Hey! You don’t be producing!” Guerdy called her “like a hyena,” Julia embraced it—“I am a hyena and I’m proud to be!”—and flung a drink straight at Guerdy’s face. Guerdy stayed icy: “She’s f*cking crazy.” Julia yelled back that Guerdy had ignored Martina’s cancer struggle

“because you wanted to be invited to very special events.”

Guerdy then detonated,

“Just the same way that you get a facelift while Martina was in New York getting chemo.”

Even Marysol’s pirate-patch eye widened. Across the room, The Real Housewives of Miami viewers watched Larsa Pippen revisit Milan drama, telling guests she had warned Lisa that Jody Glidden was “bad news” and alleging his “crazy” big-eyed behavior.

When Julia demanded photo proof, Larsa produced a snapshot; castmates deemed Jody’s eyes normal, deflating Larsa’s insinuation. Alexia, hosting, called timing out: attacking Lisa’s boyfriend while Lisa grieved “was a low blow.”

Episode 3 ended on a cliffhanger with Julia storming out after accusing Guerdy of “talking badly about the group,” and Guerdy vowing she would no longer be Julia’s emotional “seat-filler.” The teaser promised fallout in next week’s episode.
