Industry Season 4 cast and character guide: Every returning star and new appearance confirmed so far in the HBO drama's latest chapter

Industry season 4 inches closer to its premiere, as HBO confirms its release window around January 2026. So, in a matter of a few months, we'll be able to witness a new chapter of this edgy financial thriller.

The HBO/BBC series, created by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, first premiered by the end of 2020, when the world was still reeling from the first wave of the pandemic. It was a major tonal shift for viewers watching it from their homes, since the show followed corporate politics in a cutthroat world of finance, filled with expletives and jargon.

The cast included Myha’la, Marisa Abela, David Jonsson, and Nabhaan Rizwan, among others, as fresh graduates trying their luck as future investment bankers. By the third season, Myha’la and Abela stayed connected to the world with some new cast members, which include Kit Harington and Miriam Petche. These four actors will return in the fourth season's cast, besides Ken Leung and Sagar Radia.

Some new additions will join the show's central cast in the new chapter of this intoxicating drama, tracing the explosive world of financial trade.

Myha’la as Harper Stern

Myha’la played Harper, a young woman from New York moving to London to work at Pierpoint. She begins working at the CPS desk at this investment bank, but her journey is far from simple. By the end of the show's third season, she plans to start her new operations while hoping to work from her home base in New York.

Myha’la's film credits include Leave the World Behind (2023), Dumb Money (2023), and Bodies Bodies Bodies (2021). She also stars in upcoming movies like Swiped and Dead Man's Wire.

Marisa Abela as Yasmin Kara-Hanani

Marisa Abela plays Yasmin, an heir from a wealthy family, who begins her Pierpoint journey as an idealistic employee, but the strain gradually crushes her spirit. In the third season, she was also seen dealing with her past traumas while trying to make sense of her relationships with Henry and Robert, the latter of whom plans to move to the US.

The Industry star, who also won a BAFTA for playing Yasmin, played singer Amy Winehouse in Back to Black, besides a crucial role in spy thriller Black Bag.

Ken Leung as Eric Tao

Ken Leung plays Eric Tao, one of the managers at Pierpoint, who initially takes Harper under his wing. However, by the end of the third season, he is left farther from her, unable to salvage the mess he created. It gets him thrown out of the company, despite his several years of diligent work for them. This Industry season 4 has been in the cast of shows like Lost and Marvel's The Inhumans (OV).

Sagar Radia as Rishi Ramdani

Sagar Radia will return as Rishi Ramdani in Industry season 4, where he will show him trying to recover from his wife's traumatic death. He will also need to find a new home for himself after being left behind by Pierpoint as well as by Harper's new firm. Otherwise, he will also have to deal with the loan shark, who terrorized him.

Besides these four characters, Sweetpea Golightly (Miriam Petche) is expected to return for Industry season 4, along with Sir Henry Muck (Kit Harington).
